“I came by the store while on vacation in NS, looking for some local yarn to bring back home. This shop was lovely, with a small selection of local yarn. I ended up buying a very pretty wool from Peru and another from New Brunswick. They have accessories like crochet hooks and knitting needles. The associate working was very help and kind.“

“Ordered mocha with oat milk and salted caramel cookie. Delicious cookie which tasted like salted caramel and the coffee had real cocoa. Atmosphere was chill and cozy. Liked the art work, that were available to buy. There also happened to be live music while there. Very lovely place for a coffee break.“

“The Honey Crisp apples at Elderkin were sweet and delicious! A friend of mine went to another farm recently where the apples were pretty small, but this place is good even though many apples were small, we were able to find some nice big ones by exploring around. I also recommend their 100% apple juice.
it’s super tasty and captures the pure flavor of fresh apples. The farm is quite large, but you can actually drive up to the top, and the view from up there is amazing.“

“I usually get a coffee with cream which has always been delicious coffee but today got a vanilla iced coffee and it seriously tasted like something you’d order in Hawaii! Glad to have a something comparable until I can go back to the islands! We love the coffeehouse!!!“

The New Minas Location is the worst I've ever been too, all locations should take a lead from the Kentville drive thru location.“
