“We eat here about 6 times a year, Virginia City is our home away from home, and this Cafe is our favorite breakfast place! We take the short drive down to Dayton usually on the last day of vacation, but if we go earlier in our trip we always go back the last day, as we want it to be the last place we eat before leaving! You will not be disappointed! Did I mention my favorite dish is their Huevos Rancheros! Steve's is their Chicken Fried Steak 'smothered and covered'!”

“We loved the cute little ship in the middle of the town. Amazing hidden gem. The interior pays homage to the historic roots. The owner, Larry has had this location for 6 years and he still pours his heart into every cup. While we waited for our cup of Joe, he gave us recommendations and inquired about our journey in a very thoughtful and genuine way. We would not allow us to tip him because he said he does it for the love. His regulars were kind and interactive”
