Terrible customer service. I stopped by to pick up some chicken today and had a very unpleasant experience. I spent nearly $50 here, and it feels like a complete waste of money. The woman at the counter had a terrible attitude, a sour face, and showed absolutely NO MANNERS. She acted as if she didn't want to make a sale and didn't want to serve anyone. Whether she is an employee or the owner, this is definitely not how you treat paying customers. Will not be coming back.
Edit: as of a month later, it seems there’s new staff, and the service on my last two visits has been impeccable. Pleasant cashier, ample stock, and quick service.

The girl that is working the chicken place is super rude and snappy at the customers. She was yelling at me and throwing the items i had ordered around like she was angry. Her customer service skills are trash. I will be telling anyone who listens to not visit this chicken spot. Its a shame because we went out of our way to get the Krunchy chicken.
