“Casa El Desayuno on Charleston was highly recommended by an employee at the Sahara hotel, where we were staying, and we were not disappointed. The food was delicious and wait staff was attentive and fast. The dining room was neat and clean. Food portions were generous and we did not go away hungry. We will definitely return to Casa El Desayuno next time we are in Las Vegas.“

“Best burritos in Las Vegas no contest. The salsas were incredible, the horchata was flowing the entire meal, and the staff couldn't have been friendlier. The place was spotless too. My BIG-back and I shared one burrito and still had leftovers. Big eaters, so that tells you everything about the portions. It's not cheap, but it is absolutely worth every penny. Fresh, authentic Mexican food done right. This place is a hidden gem and I'll be recommending it to everyone I know. We'll be back for sure. Thank you!“

“Update Dec 2025:
Always make a stop here on every Vegas trip and yes, I love their new location. Easy in and out, plenty of parking and same great food. Still not a fan of a couple of quirks, but I can live with them when the service is great like the past few times here (quirks = 1) separate lines for different meats, but you can order different meats at just one line and depending on the server may get it for you, put you at the head of the other line or just yell out the order and hope the other station knows it’s for you :), 2) the red salsa used for their asada is not available at cashier, so have to remember to ask when you get your food).

So good, we went back twice in three days. I’ll be the first to admit, El Gordo can be hit and miss but this location on both my visits were spectacular. Their asada always hits, but adobada, buche and tripas are the ones that can be hit and miss but I’ll say not this time at this location. Also love how much parking this location has compared to the one on the strip. My last visit to El Gordo was in San Diego and unfortunately was disappointed in the food and service. Happy to say, I’m a fan again.“

AUTHENTIC BIRRIA TACOS UNDER $20…DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THE STRIP.
Staff: “Litzie” (only works weekends).PHENOMENAL SERVICE by her. All four in our party took her recommendation for the Birria tacos. However, when the group behind us received their order, of SUSHI!!! (yes sushi in NEVADA). One of our group wanted to change their order to the same California roll, Litzie, stepped into the kitchen before they fired the 4th barria order.
We were INCREDIBLY SURPRISED how Delicious the Sushi(California roll.“

“I had the charred octopus and it was grrreat. The flavors were very distinct (garlic, aioli,..), and very moist. It was grilled to perfection. The poke tacos were delicious 😋 too. Their ingredients and meats are good quality. Would definitely go again.“

“We ate at Gonzalez Y Gonzalez during our recent trip to Vegas and both felt it was FANTASTIC! The salsa was so flavorful- I poured a bit on my Chimichanga! The portion size was perfect. I will definitely be going again on my next trip to Vegas! I wish they had one in Ohio“

“I must say I was pleasantly surprised at this place. The service was excellent with greeting when you walk in and any questions asked they were very attentive.The best part was the food homemade taco shells with the tacos...the al pastor melted in my mouth sooo good with a Modelo. 10 out of 10. You can sit inside or outside on the patio. The location in on Las Vegas blvd so it's a great atmosphere to eat and people watch. ( if your into that thing). Definitely going back! If your a taco eater you gotta try Tacos El Pastor. My bad I didn't get any pics l dived right in!“

“Hussongs Henderson is excellent. Went for lunch many times and the food is great, lunch specials can't be beat. Michelle is a great server and is always friendly and accommodating. Almost directly across from Costco on St Rose and Maryland. Look for it, you won't be disappointed.“

“Very cool atmosphere and some delicious vegan options for me. My friends, who are not vegan, greatly enjoyed their food and raved about the churros. Also, excellent mixed drinks. Just be aware that at EXACTLY 9pm the music volume is going to go from loud (have to low key yell to have a conversation) to nightclub-level BLASTING (maybe don’t plan on any communication unless you are mouth-to-ear).“
