Super cool spot! Very clear whoever put it together has a real love for what they do and u can feel and see it the moment you walk in. Definitely a better experience than the ones I've had at the Starbucks next door. Continued success Cakes & Peonies! We'll be back!!!

Such cute photo op props ! We chose this as our Thursday brunch spot after our baby gymnastics based on reviews . Around 10:30am this place was empty , spacious and tables were limited and replaced by couches , low center tables and walled flowers . Us moms loved it since we can let our kids walk around in there . This place is super cute! The inside looks perfect for Instagram photos The food is also outstanding! I came here with my family for breakfast, and I ordered the one with the waffle. It came with bacon and eggs. It was amazing! The portion is also big, which is perfect for a student like me who can take it to-go to snack on. The staff is also very friendly and accommodating. Will definitely come back again
