“Went to Chick-fil-A after a long day with my cousin and the line was crazy but moved super fast. Chicken sandwich was actually really good and fresh, fries were hot, and the staff were really polite. Only thing is it was kinda packed inside so we had to take it to go.“

“My first time eating at Chick-fil-A and it is delicious and the inside was the best fast food dining experience I have ever had. Very clean, flowers on the table. They bring the food to you and they have someone in the dining area at all times to grab your trash or get you whatever you need. Totally impressed. Should of come sooner definitely gained another customer.“
“While exploring Fremont, I was looking for something light to snack on and ended up stopping by Chick-fil-A inside the Gold Nugget. It’s tucked toward the back near the pool area, and even though it looked busy, the line moved quickly.
The ordering process was smooth, and the staff kept things moving. The cashier who helped me, Miguel, was friendly and made the interaction pleasant.
I went with an 8-count nugget and an iced tea. My order was ready in just a few minutes. The dining area was pretty full, so I found another spot to sit and enjoy my food.
The nuggets were nicely cooked—lightly crispy on the outside and tender inside. I did notice they were a bit on the salty side for my preference, but still tasty overall. I picked up BBQ sauce but ended up not needing it.

“Recently made a mobile order for a breakfast prior to the supposed 10:30 deadline, however after 10:30, if you do not pick up your order by the cutoff, your order will definitely be cancelled. Had a young man named Mark to assist with the situation and he explained to me that this was beyond his control and took my disdain quite well, and even offered me a drink for consolation in which I declined. Not his fault by any means but Chick, do better. Fix that app and ensure a warning is in place regarding your strict breakfast order and pick-up timeline on your mobile orders. Ensure that your employees are well-equipped to not have to explain why a customer’s order was cancelled. Frustration was taken out on an individual rather than the company taking accountability for the lack of communication on an app that they can definitely afford to update; which I’m sure is a sentiment that has been made before. Mark did an excellent job in prioritizing customer service. I was a little discombobulated due to my dissatisfaction but I came back to my senses due to the patience and kindness your employee shared.“
“Wow. If I could give 6 stars I would. My food was absolutely delicious like always but the last time I went, it was even more special. The incredible guy taking my order was maybe the kindest person I’ve ever met. He treated me like absolute royalty. I felt like the King of the world after taking to him. I’m pretty sure his name was Jason? Or maybe Tason? I feel like it was something close to that because I remember it being somewhat unique. Whatever his name is, he was super polite and when I dropped my drink he offered to get me a new one. Chick-fil-a, you are doing good things. You are hiring the right people and training them well, I can seriously tell. Jason (maybe Tason 🤷♂️) thank you for everything you were so helpful and next time I come, I’ll remember to bring you a huge tip. Have to be honest.. we have never been.. but today was the day for chicken sammies.. we went with the Spicy Jalapeño bacon ranch, waffle fries, frosted lemonade& cookies& cream. 5 star might be a bit much for a drive thru.. I just can't find anything wrong. Everything was fresh& hot! Well.. except the shakes of course.. cold & refreshing on warm day.“
“Always amazing service and today I witnessed something amazing as CFA employee was helping this homeless man across the parking lot to the bus. She was holding onto him, carrying some of his things and assisted with him getting on the bus. It was at least 100 degrees out. What an incredible act of kindness!!!“
“To be honest, not that impressive. The chick was ok and the fries were bland. We sat in the restaurant to eat. Very clean inside. Floors, tables and counters. Service is great. There are team members walking around constantly with the table wipes.
But the food, to me it was just subpar. I probably will not be back“
“I just had the BEST service at Chick-fil-A this morning! I came in through the drive through and Celine took my order. She recommended me the Jalapeno ranch Chicken Sandwich.... let me just say it was delicious! Celine was super nice and knowledgeable about the menu so glad I tried something new. Five stars☆“
