“Went to Chick-fil-A after a long day with my cousin and the line was crazy but moved super fast. Chicken sandwich was actually really good and fresh, fries were hot, and the staff were really polite. Only thing is it was kinda packed inside so we had to take it to go.“
“Stopped by this Chick-fil-A for lunch and ordered enough food to make the tray question our choices—in the best possible way. The grilled chicken club was fresh, neatly assembled, and loaded with crisp lettuce and a thick tomato slice on a nicely toasted multigrain bun. The chicken was tender, juicy, and had just enough grilled flavor without being dry.
The waffle fries were hot, golden, and plentiful. A few escaped from the carton, but I consider that a generous bonus rather than a packaging failure. The regular chicken sandwich was wrapped carefully, the barbecue items were organized, and the order labels made it easy to figure out which sandwich belonged to whom without conducting a full lunch-table investigation.
They also provided ketchup, mustard, and mayonnaise, so nobody had to negotiate condiment custody. The drink was cold, the dining area looked clean, and the small flowers on the table were a cheerful touch. Even the cow display near the counter was working hard, reminding everyone to “git chikin on ur fone.” Excellent spelling? No. Effective marketing? Absolutely.
The entrance was clean and easy to find, the restaurant appeared well maintained, and the entire order was prepared accurately and packaged with care. Friendly atmosphere, dependable food, and enough waffle fries to briefly achieve inner peace. I would gladly return. Oh yes and you can get drink refills just ask for them.“

I come to this location 1-2 times a week for lunch, and I always end up watching the crew while I eat. They’re consistently smiling, happy, and willing to help. It’s genuinely enjoyable to be here.
Today was no different, greeted with a smile, easy ordering process, warm food, perfectly salted fries, and the right carbonation-to-syrup ratio. This location never misses.
Bill, I don’t know who you are, but you were here today. I realized I’d accidentally ordered regular nuggets instead of my usual grilled nuggets, and asked if it could be fixed. You were so kind about it, got me the grilled nuggets right away, and did it all with a smile. It had been a long day, and your kindness genuinely made it better.“
“Wow. If I could give 6 stars I would. My food was absolutely delicious like always but the last time I went, it was even more special. The incredible guy taking my order was maybe the kindest person I’ve ever met. He treated me like absolute royalty. I felt like the King of the world after taking to him. I’m pretty sure his name was Jason? Or maybe Tason? I feel like it was something close to that because I remember it being somewhat unique. Whatever his name is, he was super polite and when I dropped my drink he offered to get me a new one. Chick-fil-a, you are doing good things. You are hiring the right people and training them well, I can seriously tell. Jason (maybe Tason 🤷♂️) thank you for everything you were so helpful and next time I come, I’ll remember to bring you a huge tip. “While exploring Fremont, I was looking for something light to snack on and ended up stopping by Chick-fil-A inside the Gold Nugget. It’s tucked toward the back near the pool area, and even though it looked busy, the line moved quickly.
The ordering process was smooth, and the staff kept things moving. The cashier who helped me, Miguel, was friendly and made the interaction pleasant.
I went with an 8-count nugget and an iced tea. My order was ready in just a few minutes. The dining area was pretty full, so I found another spot to sit and enjoy my food.
The nuggets were nicely cooked—lightly crispy on the outside and tender inside. I did notice they were a bit on the salty side for my preference, but still tasty overall. I picked up BBQ sauce but ended up not needing it.
A convenient and dependable option if you’re in the Fremont area and want something quick and familiar.“
“My first time eating at Chick-fil-A and it is delicious and the inside was the best fast food dining experience I have ever had. Very clean, flowers on the table. They bring the food to you and they have someone in the dining area at all times to grab your trash or get you whatever you need. Totally impressed. Should of come sooner definitely gained another customer.“

Have to be honest.. we have never been.. but today was the day for chicken sammies.. we went with the Spicy Jalapeño bacon ranch, waffle fries, frosted lemonade& cookies& cream. 5 star might be a bit much for a drive thru.. “I want to thank Jake for the excellent customer service he provided today around 5:30 PM on May 18th regarding my Chick-fil-A order. I was honestly very surprised by how patient, kind, and professional he was. He explained everything clearly without rushing, which I truly appreciated because sometimes things can be explained too fast. “To be honest, not that impressive. The chick was ok and the fries were bland. We sat in the restaurant to eat. Very clean inside. Floors, tables and counters. Service is great. There are team members walking around constantly with the table wipes.
But the food, to me it was just subpar. I probably will not be back“
“I just had the BEST service at Chick-fil-A this morning! I came in through the drive through and Celine took my order. She recommended me the Jalapeno ranch Chicken Sandwich.... let me just say it was delicious! Celine was super nice and knowledgeable about the menu so glad I tried something new. Five stars☆“
