Red 8 at the Wynn is a must-visit spot for delicious Asian cuisine in Vegas. With favorites like Orange Chicken, Curry Singapore Rice Vermicelli, and Red 8 Combination Fried Rice, guests keep returning. The atmosphere is beautiful and casual, with lovely delicate flavors and great service. The chicken was perfectly seasoned, dim sums were fresh and delicate, and the soup was rich with flavor. The duck was cooked to perfection — crispy skin and tender meat. Dessert was a surprise — the mango creation was unique and surprisingly good, while the cheesecake was classic, creamy, and delicious. The steamed beef brisket, egg tarts, eggplant and scallops, and soy sauce noodles are very very delicious, worth the price! The Singapore noodles, crunchy cucumber, spicy radish, potstickers and green beans are also loved. This venue is overlooking the casino next to the tower suites bar. Causal and delicious place to have lunch. For families, entering through the back door is advised if traveling with children under 21. The restaurant offers a family-style dining experience, and while the servers may be busy, the courteous staff and amazing food make it worth it.
