“Tim Ho Wan sits on the casino floor at the Palms, which is not a sentence that inspires confidence when you're talking about dim sum. And yet.
The food is genuinely decent, better than it has any right to be given its surroundings. The baked pork bun is the headliner, and for good reason. The original Hong Kong location reportedly earned a Michelin star on the back of it, and after one bite you can see why. It's worth ordering.
The rest of the menu is solid across the board. Nothing else jumped out as a must-have, but everything we had was well prepared and nothing disappointed. That's a reasonable ask for dim sum inside a casino in Las Vegas, and they cleared it.
If you're staying at the Palms and have hotel credit, this is an easy call. Even without it, I'd come back.“

“6/21/26: 4 of us had Dim Sum. We LOVE this place and always have Dim Sum on Sundays before we head home… best to arrive at 11am or the line starts to get long outside. Everything is fresh off the carts and there’s plenty of carts so you’re not waiting long for food. If you don’t want to wait, you can also ask your server to get specific dim sum plates. They also have the freshest roast duck, roast pork and bbq pork hanging in the windows.“

“Food is delicious! Ive had the lucky noodles, wontons, some brazen pork on dry noodles (with the family) and it was so good we came back the following day! They have a decent selection of drinks (can sodas) to choose from and the menu is believe has mandarin and English translations. Both times we visited, service was quick, place was clean, and food was worth the wait (about 10mins from order). The taste is distinct and so are the noodles and that has delivered a memorial experience to the family and myself. Once again, as like many of my reviews, this place definitely deserves a try! Enjoy!“

“A true Gem! A masterclass in DimSum. Every Single dish was expertly crafted and cooked to perfection. The taste of their dim sum dishes were extraordinary and set a bar for every other place that I believe is unmatched. I thoroughly enjoyed every single dish. I only ordered six of them, but what I did taste was absolutely Dim Sumlicious. I felt like I was eating in Hong Kong. That’s how true the taste is expertly made. Thoroughly enjoyed it. I can’t wait to go back again and try other dim sum dishes. The Har Gow is an explosion of flavors. Their sesame balls are the best in Las Vegas -hands-down. Their sticky rice in lotus leaf is the best I have ever eaten anywhere. The eggplant with shrimp was delicious and the bean sauce with it was out of this world. I couldn’t stop eating the spareribs and the noodles were exceptionally delicious with that wonderful smoky wok flavor. Masterfully seasoned, seasoned and prepared.“

“This was one of the best dining experiences I’ve ever had. Everything was exceptional from the incredible food to the beautiful atmosphere and outstanding service. Every detail made the experience memorable. If I could give it more than five stars, I would. Michelin-star quality all the way 10 billion stars! I can’t wait to come back. The jasmine tea and mango sorbet were extraordinary. Yin was an excelent server.“

“We visited for dinner during our stay at Wynn, and there was already a line when we arrived. What impressed me most was that many of the people waiting were Western guests. It’s always nice to see authentic Asian food appreciated by so many different people.
As a Chinese family, we’re usually pretty picky about Chinese food outside of Asia, but Red 8 exceeded our expectations. The restaurant is beautiful, service was attentive, and every dish arrived hot and fresh.
Some of our favorites:
• Beef Chow Fun – packed with wok hei, tender beef, and perfectly cooked noodles.
• Mapo Tofu – silky tofu in a rich, flavorful sauce with just the right amount of spice.
• Hainan Chicken Rice – simple, comforting, and very well executed. The chicken was juicy and the rice was fragrant.
• Kung Pao Chicken – tender chicken, crunchy peanuts, and a great balance of sweet, savory, and spicy flavors.
• Fried Rice – fluffy, flavorful, and a hit with both adults and kids.
• Seafood Laksa – rich and aromatic with a creamy broth, shrimp, fish balls, and plenty of flavor.
• Spicy Wontons – delicious and addictive with a nice chili oil kick.
• Braised Eggplant Hot Pot – one of the best dishes of the night. The eggplant was incredibly tender and absorbed all of the savory sauce. Perfect with rice.
• Pan-Fried Dumplings – crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and served piping hot.
After several days of steaks, burgers, and buffets, this meal felt like a taste of home. The quality of the food, generous portions, and comfortable atmosphere made it one of our favorite dining experiences at Wynn.
If you’re staying at Wynn or Encore and craving Asian food, Red 8 is absolutely worth the wait. We would happily come back on our next trip to Las Vegas.“

“There’s a saying in Chinese restaurants in Beijing: when the customers are mostly old Asian men and women, you know it’s not hype based but actual authentic and quality based. The quality, flavors, pricing, the best I had since 15 years ago in San Francisco.“

“This is a very authentic Chinese restaurant. They offer several menu items that mainstream Chinese restaurants generally don't offer in the USA. I highly recommend Lucky House, but it's not like ordering at most American restaurants. First, they serve food family style. As a result it's easy to order more than you intended. If you're staying in a hotel, you might want to share one entre. The portions are large and delicious.
We ordered too much for four people. We thoroughly enjoyed the meal. The staff is friendly and helpful. They set the table with chopsticks, but forks, knives and spoons are available. Just know that you might need to ask questions if you're unfamiliar with traditional Chinese family style dining. This was our second visit. This time we brought our closest friends.“

“Noodle Asia at the Venetian is a great spot for flavorful, satisfying Asian comfort food .The soups are rich and comforting, the noodles have a nicely authentic taste, and the rice dishes are just as good. Portions feel generous, the food comes out hot, and the prices are very reasonable for a Venetian restaurant. It’s a solid choice when you want something tasty, filling, and well-priced.“

“Inside the Suncoast casino, we came across this Asian themed restaurant offers attractive lunch specials. The seating area is very clean and inviting. Each lunch special comes with a nice bowl of soup. We choose the Hot and Sour soup. It really hit the spot. We ordered the Mongolian beef and basil eggplant lunch plates that come with a spring roll. Also tried their XLB dumplings and shrimp & chives dumplings. I liked the thin wrap so you get more filling. Food was very good and flavorful. Nice artwork especially the 3d Koi. I say check it out.“

“Sundays is $29 per person sea food dinner menu
Food was the same as everywhere
But tasty and delicious
The only thing you got to watch out is you got to check your receipt because they charge you for drinks even if you don't drink soda tea juice anything and you just drink water you're still paying $2.39 if you only drink water please let the cashier know that you only drink water and your waitress or server can verify that you only drink water they will return your money back for the drinks that they charge you once you come in because they charge you right when you come in and they assume that you're going to drink soda or juice or a beverage and not water so they charge you $2.39“

“Best thing about WP and few others at Fontainebleau is it qualifies for the quarterly Amex Plat $100 Resy credit. Food isn't as good as Red8 at Wynn but good enough to satisfy your craving for asian food. Also one of the easiest places to get a walk-in table for lunch. Without drinks, easily 60+ pp.“
