“We had dinner tonight at Washing Potato located in the Fontainebleau hotel, we had a wonderful experience. Our server, Cindy, and the manager, Jason were both extremely friendly and attentive.

We started with the spring rolls, which were delicious, and then enjoyed the half Peking duck with pancakes and plum sauce—it was fantastic! We finished our meal with the Hong Kong crispy egg tart, and it was the perfect ending.

As others have mentioned, the baked bbq buns seems to be their signature. The texture of the bun itself is superb and top-notch, and I really like that it's thin, but note that the bun is pretty sweet. The bbq pork inside is excellent.

If you're craving for dim sum while in Vegas, it's worth a visit.“

“Anytime I'm in Vegas, visiting this restaurant is a MUST!!! The last trip I went twice!! Food is delicious, portions are huge and it's not expensive. You wait a bit to be seated but it's well worth it!!“

Since I didn't put a ring on New Asian BBQ, my ten-year gift is a review. What can I say about New Asian BBQ except that it's my favorite dim sum spot in Las Vegas. I've brought friends here, literally breaking bread here, because I adore this place so. The roast duck here is insanely good. Come as a party so you can try a little bit of everything. Such good eats.

“A true Gem! A masterclass in DimSum. Every Single dish was expertly crafted and cooked to perfection. The taste of their dim sum dishes were extraordinary and set a bar for every other place that I believe is unmatched. I thoroughly enjoyed every single dish. I only ordered six of them, but what I did taste was absolutely Dim Sumlicious. I felt like I was eating in Hong Kong. That’s how true the taste is expertly made. Thoroughly enjoyed it. I can’t wait to go back again and try other dim sum dishes. The Har Gow is an explosion of flavors. Their sesame balls are the best in Las Vegas -hands-down. Their sticky rice in lotus leaf is the best I have ever eaten anywhere. The eggplant with shrimp was delicious and the bean sauce with it was out of this world. I couldn’t stop eating the spareribs and the noodles were exceptionally delicious with that wonderful smoky wok flavor. Masterfully seasoned, seasoned and prepared.“

“Very good quality Dim Sum in a cafeteria/food court type atmosphere. The portions and prices are fair. The employees are friendly and serve you fast. We started receiving our dim sum dishes after just 5 minutes. We continued to order additional dishes each time our server stopped by to check on us. The food came every few minutes, so we never reached a point where we had finished everything and were waiting for the next dish. We arrived at 4pm on a Tuesday. Update: Came on a Friday at 11am. Every dim sum dish arrived quickly and was fresh and delicious. This is our favorite dim sum restaurant in Vegas.“

“Very nice restaurant off the casino floor in Wynn Las Vegas, my TOP hotel in the City. The restaurant is small, tucked off near the Tower Suites. No reservations taken, so be aware. Stopped there for lunch and dinner last week while visiting. Both meals, exceptional. Again, like all Vegas, not cheap, but food quality is high!! My first day for mid-afternoon lunch, I had the Kung Pao Chicken and rice. (No, rice is NOT included, be aware). It was a very good sized portion of the chicken, and cooked deliciously. My server warned me about the hot chillies cooked within, and I ate and few, and she was right, WOW. But the food, I loved all of it. Ate every bit. Yes, including a few more chillies, fool that I am, LOL. They were also attentive in refilling water glasses, and checking to make sure of the quality of the meal. Returned the day after for dinner, and has the Brisket. It was good, although I am NOT a huge brisket fan. However I never had such tender brisket ever, it pulled apart with a fork and the portion again, a good size. My servers were both awesome, I did not get the young lady's name who served my lunch, but Michael then who served me dinner, was delightful. He's been there since Day 1, back in 2005, and was very attentive, talkative, knowledgable and very friendly. It was excellent. As anyone who reads my reviews knows by now, I travel single, so service can sometimes be, less than wonderful, here they didn't miss a beat!! Truly brilliant. I enjoyed both meals. TBH, I was thinking of the Mongolian Beef for dinner, and went with there brisket, although delicious, I think I may have liked the beef more, BUT, it wasn't bad, just not my favorite meat. Next year when I'm back, yup, the beef will be on the menu. The atmosphere is small, quite relaxing, and yet convenient to everything, right next to the High Limit Room, the slots and table games, and not far from the elevators, for guests staying there. This is highly recommended. I cannot say anything bad about this place. I had wanted to try for years and finally did, and glad I did so. I was lightly impressed.

“Genting Palace is my go to Chinese restaurant whenever I visit the strip. The service here is top notch (Yin and Phong), and the staff here are friendly to my daughter Sofia (a special call out to JianZhi for being amazing with children).

My wife and I each ordered the $100 pre-fix for this fall, and the sampan lobsters are absolutely a must try!“

“Awesome place, usually a traditional to go and eat here for when visiting friends come to Las Vegas. My only part of not a fan is overwhelmed by amount of servers carts coming by with food. All is good, just a little hard to hear what one says compared to other. All have great flavors and good small food plates“

“This l was one of the most delicious Chinese food restaurants ever! Highly recommend. Friendly staff, relaxed environment and very accommodating. They didn’t have the salted pork ribs on the menu (or we just didn’t read the menu) but he said he could whip some up and he came through! Will come again when my whole family is in town next time! He brought a great atmosphere to my dining experience always had a smile and always checked on me to see if I needed anything. The whole staff was amazing and very, very friendly and welcoming. I 100% will die in here every time I’m in Vegas the food was amazing. I had the braze spicy shrimp and combination fried rice. wow Amazing experience super good one of the best shrimp plates Everything was fresh and came out super hot. “Experience/Environment: You can’t tell how big it is from the outside but once you get inside, the dining floor is actually pretty big. Also, if you’ve ever been to New York City, the BBQ spots that have the hanging roasted duck or chicken in the windows, they have that here as well. Only thing I don’t like is that the windows are fully covered worth decals so you can’t see the outside and it blocks all the natural light.

Food: The plating up all the dishes were perfection. You can tell the Chef really cared to make things aesthetically pleasing.

Crunchy taro cakes were a nice try but a little too crunchy for my liking. Will likely go back to the traditional taro cakes next time.

Red noodle wrapped shrimp rolls were good. You have to use the sauce, accompanied with it to take it to the next level. The shrimp was fresh.

Eggplant/pepper/tofu stuffed shrimp was delicious. Likely my favorite of everything I ate here. All the ingredients were super fresh. Vegetables were crunchy, but nothing was soggy.

The jojobi jelly dessert was exactly what I imagined. Not too sweet and extremely refreshing. Perfect to bite between the savory dishes or end the meal with.

Service: The waitress and servers were attentive and polite, making casual conversation and checking in. Food came at optimal times as well. There were no long wait or hunger build up.

“Very modern and spacious restaurant with nice decor and bright lighting inside.
It has both dim sum and Chinese food.
Very generous portion, and the flavor is authentic but on the light side which I feel it’s definitely less greasy and salty for the health benefits.
It’s easy to order from the menu, all with pictures and in mandarin and English.
They also have daily specials, but the popular ones, like the Japanese mochi with filling, they only make one batch. We were there around 11am on Sunday, and it’s sold out.
Their shumai, beef tendon, bell peppers stuffed with shrimp paste, and Vietnamese style sticky rice ball are very good.“
