“Brittany and her team really came through for our business catering order. The person tasked with placing our order didn't do it so we couldn't give 24 hours notice. We got really scared because 50+ picky corporate people would've been disappointed. She still got it made on time AND she accommodated our requests. All sandwiches were marked with colored picks so our picky people didn't disassemble the sandwiches looking for the ones they want. They also added a thick paper divider to separate our wrap plate that was 50% vegetarian.

Guilty for throwing this on them, we learned our lesson to not let the new guys order! Insanely grateful for this location“

“First time at an Urban Cafe. The food was great and the people were very nice. What I'm guessing to be the manager even stopped by our table as we were finishing, politely asked us how we enjoyed it, verified us as first timers, and offered us a first timer's cookies (it was delicious).
The kiosks are lined up as you come in (sadly common these days), but they are clean, have large screens and looked easy enough to use. We instead made our way over to the counter area - mostly due to the billboards that made the entire menu easy to read and compare. The cashier counter was vacant, but someone stepped over pretty promptly to ask if we had any questions. We didn't yet, so they went back to what they were doing yet stayed attentive such that when we were ready we did not have to wait for someone to step right up to take the order.
The food was delivered in a very reasonable time and was tasty. Both our sandwiches included a side salad, which was also very good.

At the end of the day, it' has a little bit of a fast-foody feed, but up-leveled substantially with way better quality food and service for only marginally more than what a trip to a traditional fast food place costs these days.

It feels like it would probably get fairly loud in there when they are busy, but we were there during off hours and can't say for sure given there were only 1-2 other tables in use during our stay.

Overall a simply great experience that met or exceeded our expectations based on what we knew when we decided to go there.

“First off let me just say that Ethan is a BOSS! He was in this place BY HIMSELF fully handling a busy lunch/dinner rush and having a supply delivery going on at the same time! Forget the fact that the lobby was full of customers and there was a delivery going on behind him Ethan kept his composure and maintained a friendly and positive demeanor while keeping his work space clean and organized! This guy needs a raise and some type of recognition for his hard work and positive attitude. I’ve worked my way out of the food service industry and have done everything from cleaning toilets to managing multiple locations for big name restaurants, in all my years I can honestly say that it is not often you see someone who is able to keep their cool in a situation like this. Seriously whoever is managing/owns this place needs to show some respect to their hard working staff! The fact that he was alone on a delivery day is a whole other problem that the management needs to address, seriously if I was still in the industry I would of offered him a job at one of my locations and paid him more than whatever he is making here. This guy is busting his butt and I just hope that the owner/management team take good care of him because with his work ethic and positive attitude I wouldn’t be surprised to see him move on to bigger and better things in no time! Cherish this guys commitment while you have him! The food was good and service was incredible. “I ALWAYS get The Italian and it's ALWAYS delicious! The staff at this location on Lake Mead and Tenaya are very friendly, and the restaurant and bathrooms are clean. I've been to a few other locations, and none of the above are true at those places.“

“I have to give a shout out to the delivery driver from capriotti's. My delivery driver was pulling into the place where my food was to be delivered and he got into a pretty good car accident. “Enjoyed a great dinner before the Planning Meeting with my best friend on the corner of the City Hall building right east of the entrance lobby at Jimmy John's Sandwiches. My son loved the dill pickles with his large sandwiches, enough to take home for dinner after dinner. The restaurant gets thousands of deliveries in the area. They had a lot of riders delivering sandwiches. I wish I was in such great shape. The server preparing our sandwiches was very kind, took care of my boy, and then we went inside to get photos of the President Abraham Lincoln art. Tomorrow Hillary Clinton will be across the railroad tracks from City Hall at Symphony Park. I am going to cover the story in the afternoon. My son's first time at City Hall in Las Vegas. Who does he recognized from his History class in elementary school? President Abraham Lincoln. The art at City Hall is spectacular. Children love learning at City Hall. We enjoyed sandwiches for dinner before the Planning Meeting at the restaurant on the corner of City Hall called Jimmy John's Sandwiches. President Abraham Lincoln was an American politician and lawyer who served as the 16th President of the United States from March 1861 until his assassination in April 1865.“
