AS A MOTIVATIONAL SPEAKER AND CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINER...they need my help bad.
I waited over five minutes JUST TO ORDER...ALL they had to say is we're busy on the stupid microphone and I would have left.
Then I do a GOOD DEED to report the shitty service incident and they YELL. AT ME LIKE MY EX WIFE USED TOO.
