“The beef brisket noodle soup is a local favorite, packed with slow-cooked meat, rich broth, and those perfectly chewy noodles. Spice lovers should try the Dan Dan noodles, and don’t overlook the cucumber salad—it’s crisp, cool, and topped with a creamy sesame sauce that I found delicious. Craving noodles that are more than just a meal? Shang Artisan Noodle in Las Vegas turns every bowl into a handcrafted experience. Must-try!“

“I had such a great experience here! The food was delicious, authentic, and full of flavor, but what really stood out to me was the service. It was truly the best I’ve ever received in the U.S. The staff was warm, attentive, and made me feel completely welcome. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this restaurant to friends and family!“

“I’m really happy Moobongri Soondae is in town!!We just moved into Las Vegas. I had a fantastic experience at this sundae soup restaurant! The soup was hearty and packed with plenty of intestines and sundae. The portions were generous, and the side dishes were abundant. The service was incredibly friendly, making the visit even more enjoyable. I can't wait to go back! Here you can taste really Soondae! Auntie Yong is the best! Thank you“

“Our server Cindy was very overfamiliar, kept complaining about her manager and continuously told us that she was very overwhelmed by her 4 tables and that another table had complained to the manager about her. We ordered an appetiser however our entrees arrived with our salad and soup before the appetiser arrived. I requested the appetiser 4 times before eventually asking them to remove it from our bill. Other than service issues, food was great, but service did dampen our meal.“

“First time here. The place is bright and well-lit. I wanted to see how hot the Blaze dish would be, but I saw the Spicy Shoyu Tonkotsu with cilantro, and it piqued my taste buds.
I selected level 5 of the spicy hot meter. Most wouldn't taste the cilantro with a mouth on fire, but it was really good.
My server could not believe I ate it all without tearing an eye.
5 stars out of 5!“

“10/10! We had the crab rangoons, panang curry and American wagyu and holy crab khao soi and they were all DELICIOUS. The American wagyu/crab dish is more but worth every penny. We’re from out of town but we’ll make it a point to come back!“

“The food was amazing and the service was outstanding! We came in shortly before closing and they still welcomed us in and served two great meals; Rad Na and Spicy Thai Basil. Both excellent dishes. We will definitely add this to our list of places to visit again when we come to Vegas.“

“First time visiting you got the Ramen got spicy Ramen with cold sake. It is also my first time Japanese Ramen, which is only made out of pork. The whole menu is made out of pork. It was good. The best part of a visit was the awesome customer service. I will definitely recommend to folks who don’t mind pork or want to try pork ramen for the first time.“

“This somewhat intimidating Korean spot is excellent for a special group dinner. Recommend going with someone familiar with Korean food. The menu is pretty large and it’s not always clear what menu items will look like when it comes out. But if you’re patient and check some reviews out ahead of time your group can have a wonderful meal.
Got starters of dumplings and a glass noodle dish. The dumplings are fire and the glass noodles were very good too. I think there’s a dumpling soup I’ll have to get next time. Probably don’t need any starters unless you’re super hungry. The main dishes are gonna be more than enough to fill up.
Got Daeho suyuk which is cooked on a burner at the table. It’s a beef brisket dish in broth and topped with A LOT of scallion/green onion. The brisket was delicious, would probably add extra meat next time.
Got the Daeho kalbijjim. It’s the dish they blast with a burner at the table if you order it topped with cheese. Ours had short rib, rice cake and corn cob pieces. Comes in a pretty spicy red sauce. It’s a big pot of food enough for 4 or more. Not cheap at around 80 bucks. It’s really good.
Place itself is higher end looking, clean modern decor. Yes they have younger guys working there and may not be the most attentive, but it’s fine. They get the job done and mean well.
It’s going to be a pricey meal if you get a few things to share. But it’s an experience and the setting is nice enough to make this a special occasion spot. Spend some time with the menu and check reviews to feel more comfortable ordering. Worth a visit.“

“I’ve been in Vegas for 5 years searching for real Japanese ramen. Tried all the local spots, even the pricey hotel ramen—nothing really stood out. Then I finally found Sakura Ramen, and wow… this place is the REAL deal. If you want authentic Japanese ramen, this is the spot.
Only downside: the chairs were a bit uncomfortable for me—but honestly, the ramen is so good I’d eat it standing if I had to. 100% recommend.“

“This is one of my go-to spots for pho—whether I’m dining in or grabbing takeout, the quality is always top-notch. The broth is consistently rich and aromatic, and the portions are generous without sacrificing flavor. I’ve lost count of how many times I’ve ordered from here, and every time it’s just as satisfying. The staff is friendly and welcoming, and the service is quick and efficient. It’s clear they care about their food and their customers. If you’re craving comforting, authentic pho, this place delivers every time.“

“Was completely stoked for my friend to take us to this hidden little gem!!! The BEST Pupusa that I've ever had! These thick, pillowy tortillas are made of corn masa, stuffed with a variety of delicious fillings, and cooked on a griddle until golden brown. When bitten into, the crunchy exterior and soft inside create such a satisfying bite! The cabbage & sauce served with it was amazing! I loved the plantain s being warm and not too sweet!“

“Absolutely amazing food but the service is beyond slow. There’s only two people online and it took them over 15 minutes just to take our order. They should have somebody dedicated to the line when you order instead of taking online orders and ignoring the people in line. It’s amazing that they have the Dubai strawberries And new bowls on the menu.“

“I Thai is an all time favorite for my family and I, It's a cute cafe-style restaurant. We're usually here most weekends, my little boy always picks the restaurants. Everything we've gotten off the menu is authentic, fresh & full of flavor. It's really a hidden gem. I can't say there's anything I've ordered that I didn't like. We usually get yellow curry with chicken. We love the Pinapple fried rice & the crying tiger beef are all delicious. The owner is the nicest guy. He knows my son by name & always brings our drinks out before we ask. The price is also reasonable for a family of 3 or 4 to eat. Highly recommend!“

“Absolutely loved my visit here! The food tastes like a perfect balance of home cooking and restaurant quality. The fried dumplings were perfectly crispy on the outside and full of flavor inside — easily some of the best I’ve had. The donkatsu was golden, juicy, and paired beautifully with their house sauce. But the star for me was the half-and-half bibim/cold noodles with brisket — refreshing, spicy, and so satisfying. You can really taste the care that goes into every dish. The atmosphere is cozy, the service is friendly, and it’s clear the owners put their heart into everything they serve. Highly recommend to anyone craving authentic, comforting Korean food!“

“Some of the best authentic Korean food I’ve had in the US. The kimchi was bright and tangy with the perfect amount of spice. I had the Seolleongtang, which had a light and refreshing broth with a rich beef flavor. The pickled vegetable dipping sauce gave a great sweet and sour contrast to the broth. One of the highlights of my trip, I will definitely be back whenever I’m in Vegas.“

“I recently visited Chop Stop and built my own salad — it was incredibly fresh and delicious. I added shrimp along with a variety of vegetables, making it both flavorful and healthy. The staff was very helpful and welcoming, especially for my first visit, and my order was prepared within minutes. The restaurant is small but very clean and well-maintained. Overall, excellent customer service and quality food. I look forward to returning to try other menu items.— it was incredibly fresh and delicious. “Took some stars off for service due to the waitress rushing us hard-core, and the store itself was kind of fishy smelling - but the food itself made up more than enough for it. I had the orange chicken - it was glazed lightly and had the perfect crunch. Was absolutely delicious.“

“We got take out for lunch. The dishes were average to above-average although we ordered beef chow mein and got chicken and beef chow mein.
The one exception was the pad Thai noodles. This’ll teach me not to order any Thai food from a Chinese restaurant. It was not good. The portion was meager, and it had giant lemons upon it instead of limes.
There were weird pickled veggies in it—almost more pickled peppers — which I’ve never seen in pad Thai noodles— than there were noodles.
There was no peanut sauce nor crushed peanuts in it and it was spicier than I prefer, though I did not specify spice level, admittedly.
The egg foo young was pretty awesome though.
The prices are about what you’d expect. All restaurants are overpriced these days, even more so than groceries. But at least the meal wasn’t disappointing for the most part
We’ll try it again sometime .“

“Holy bowl of noodles! I had the best Bún Bò Hué ever here and they have stuff I've never seen at any other Vietnamese restaurant in Las Vegas or San Diego. Maybe in little Saigon in Orange County there might be a few places that will offer snails, periwinkle, scallops, clams, and crawfish.
I ordered the Vietnamese periwinkle with Saigon Butter Sauce as an appetizer. It was sooo flavorful, with salty, sweet, and a little spiciness in the sauce.
I ended it with a vanilla crepe cake which was the perfect ending ( along with my Vietnamese iced coffee).“
