Chowder out can dirty silverware and glassware on top of short pours at bar
Save yourself the aggravation! Beautiful but food very disappointing.
Chicken Milanese was a fried chicken cutlet on a plate with a garnish of arugula. Who would want to eat bite after bite of fried chicken with no salad. Overpriced $17 baked potato taste like a baked potato with mayonnaise on top. The very disappointing upside down lemon meringue pie had hard meringue cookies connected with whipped cream with maybe a teaspoon of lemon custard underneath. Cannot imagine in...read full review
On Valentine's Day at The Bedford, we had a 4:30 reservation. Upon arrival we were greeted by two very pretty young ladies however, did not smile once. Obviously not friendly. Although many open tables, we were not seated until 4:55pm.
The servers (ours was Edgar) were pleasant and "fairly" attentive, as we had to ask for water refills after being dry a long time. Finally, they ask if we would like another cocktail AFTER we finished meal and glasses had been empty for maybe...read full review

The Bedford by Martha Stewart at Paris Las Vegas is an upscale restaurant that has received mixed reviews. The restaurant's ambiance has been described as Martha-esque, with some concerns raised about the cleanliness of the wing-back chairs. The food quality has been inconsistent, with issues like cold baked potatoes and lukewarm side dishes, but the roasted chicken dish has been praised for its excellent preparation, with crispy skin and great breading.
The restaurant's strengths include the bread basket, the lobster pasta (which one customer described as the best they've ever had), and the overall atmosphere. However, the service has been inconsistent, with customers having to ask for basic things like water refills and oyster forks.
While the restaurant has received some negative feedback, it also has its loyal fans. The salmon with spinach, described as delicious and melting in the mouth, and the refreshing lemon drop cocktail, have been highlights for some diners. The manager, Patrice, and the server, Ismael, have also been praised for their professionalism and attentiveness.
