“A friend put me on I had a mango something smoothie and it was honestly great the staff don't really spend much time talking much unless you talk to them but they take your order quick and it comes out just as quick has almost like a cafe type of vibe to it but it's a nice little spot

Way better experience than other locations in town. This will be my go to location on cleanliness alone.“

“My overall experience has been great with food and smoothies; my entire family enjoy TropSmooth. However, I use the drive through regularly a few times a week for the Baja Chicken Wrap and I customize it every time (no cheese, no spicy salsa, substitute with Ranch dressing, light rice extra black bean, double chicken). They make it correctly every time and receipt reflects what I actually ordered. I pay with cash every time and receive correct change every time.

Parking: Plenty of handicap spots, very safe and easy access.“

“The food is always an A+ but today when I went in this location it was a mother and son, Zach forgot to ask me what side I wanted for my chicken pesto, which was no big deal, I go to ask the mom if I could have BBQ chips for my side, and she processed to get mad at her son for not asking what side I wanted, and the son kept constantly saying sorry. I felt so bad for him, like he made a small little mistake that was easily fixable and mom made big deal over it. Poor kid apologized to me after and he looked like he was crying. I hope mom didn't treat him like that often at work or home.“

“Just want to say the service was great on both visits. I made a group purchase of smoothies and the one I received did not taste right as confirmed by another in group who ordered the same. I spoke to manager who graciously remade for me. She was very pleasant. As for the workers, two guys. One kindly opened the door for me with a smile and the cashier was quick to help resolve my concern. Wonderful staff on shift today. Will definitely purchase again. Thank you for great service. She mentioned she was from Hawaii and was helping us with our severe hangover by educating us on the add ons for the smoothie. She gave us some great recommendations for us to do in Vegas.“

I've been to several Tropical Smoothie locations, but the one on Cheyenne truly stands out, especially thanks to one amazing employee who works nights. The smoothies here are consistently better than any other location I've visited! There's something about the attention to detail, flavor, and overall quality that sets this place apart. Every time I come, it's perfectly blended, fresh, and bursting with flavor.

This night shift employee really knows how to craft the perfect smoothie every time. He takes pride in his work, and it shows! My buddy and I make a point to come to this specific location because we know the smoothies will always be up to par, if not better, than the others.

“Pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food, smoothie and service I got here. Only issue was the wait. Only one other veh in line, but it took over 20 mins to get my online order. Otherwise my banana, peanut butter, granola thingy and the cookies were surprisingly good! Will def be visiting again!“

“I looooove all the tropical smoothie cafés in vegas. Everyone I go to have really quick service. The staff is always courteous. The environment is always welcoming, and the smoothies are off the chain!!!! My favorite is the chia banana boost with no dates and add whey!“

“Placed an online order and when I went to pick it up there was a minor problem with the order. The gentleman who made the smoothie politely acknowledged the mistake and remade it in under a minute and even let me keep the other one.Mistakes happen, but 5 stars for customer service! It was of course delicious as usual!“

“Big fan of this place. Every time I come to vegas I get it. Smoothies are great, acai is great. Favorite smoothie is the chia blast remove oats. Good pricing, quick service, and the cups are phenomenal. Stays cold!
