“Acai bowl gives me a sugar overload, haha, I love it. The staff is friendly and polite. The drive through needs an update because leaving after ordering offers a difficult turning radius for bigger vehicles. Also, would like to use my own cup and receive a discount, styrofoam is terrible for the environment; Tropical smoothie soft consider paper cups instead. Thank you“

“This rating only should reflect on the owner/District Manager for lack of sincere care of loyal customers/customers in general for not being able to take ANY WALK IN CUSTOMERS ORDERS WHATSOEVER , and having two sweet girls , if I recall their names were ,Jazmine and Dae to be put in such a ridiculous position to tell a walk in customer that drove across town with our 2 year old whom really wanted some sips of our smoothy , to be told that they can't help us but if we ordered online that they could help us . Well I understand that's what the majority of sheep do these days do but I don't do online orders and believe in not losing some old world ways . I did try being open minded and not so stubborn to place the order while standing in store and was only redirected and told the website was having errors. Those two girls deserve to be recognized for being so calm and helpful to the few people that don't do online ordering and are told they can't be helped after driving all way there and having to disappoint a 2 year old looking forward to some yummy smoothie .“

“I walked in not expecting much—just a regular smoothie, like usual. But this experience was completely different. I absolutely loved the atmosphere inside the store, and Charles made it even better. He was incredibly entertaining, humble, and kind, even when I struggled to place my order. He walked me through everything and went out of his way to ensure I received the best service possible.“

“It's probably one of the best smoothies I think I've ever had. I got the Bkueberry bliss: blueberry, strawberry, and banana. Not one flavor is overbearing. You can taste them all. It's very refreshing.

“My overall experience has been great with food and smoothies; my entire family enjoy TropSmooth. However, I use the drive through regularly a few times a week for the Baja Chicken Wrap and I customize it every time (no cheese, no spicy salsa, substitute with Ranch dressing, light rice extra black bean, double chicken). They make it correctly every time and receipt reflects what I actually ordered. I pay with cash every time and receive correct change every time.

Parking: Plenty of handicap spots, very safe and easy access.“

I can always count on you the moment I hear your voice on the other end to make the most AMAZING ANYTHING I ORDER!! Brightens my night after a long day of work when I’m in drive-through. Sending so much gratitude to you every time we come to the drive-through whether it’s one order or 10 orders at a time. I really want to take this time out to express appreciation towards this employee, she goes above and beyond to satisfy her customers verifying our order every single time always exceeding the expectations. At the end of a crazy day running through the drive-through to grab a smoothie before headed home she is always so personable happy and excited every single time we come through the drive-through. My son and I literally get so happy to see that it’s her with her flower in her ear with a big smile. Every single drink is always amazing to the T. I would just like to take this time to thank her for always being so positive and encouraging and uplifting in that little amount of time from when I ordered until I get my drink she constantly provides the best customer service I can go on and on but it’s the little things in life that matter and her conversation with me before I wrap it up after a long 14 hour day means the most and I hope she knows that she is so valued & such a beautiful soul :)“

I've been to several Tropical Smoothie locations, but the one on Cheyenne truly stands out, especially thanks to one amazing employee who works nights. The smoothies here are consistently better than any other location I've visited! There's something about the attention to detail, flavor, and overall quality that sets this place apart. Every time I come, it's perfectly blended, fresh, and bursting with flavor.

This night shift employee really knows how to craft the perfect smoothie every time. He takes pride in his work, and it shows! My buddy and I make a point to come to this specific location because we know the smoothies will always be up to par, if not better, than the others.

I highly recommend this location if you're looking for the best Tropical Smoothie experience!“

“Pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food, smoothie and service I got here. Only issue was the wait. Only one other veh in line, but it took over 20 mins to get my online order. Otherwise my banana, peanut butter, granola thingy and the cookies were surprisingly good! Will def be visiting again!“

Mason was our server today and was extremely professional, and he and the girl prepping got our orders exactly right and well done.
This is after months of this location having some serious service issues and quality problems. I hope this is a trend for every shift, and these two deserve praise for taking their job seriously.“

“Placed an online order and when I went to pick it up there was a minor problem with the order. The gentleman who made the smoothie politely acknowledged the mistake and remade it in under a minute and even let me keep the other one.Mistakes happen, but 5 stars for customer service! It was of course delicious as usual!“
