“If I could give this place 10 stars I would. I was in town with a friend to see the Eagles and we wanted an amazing dinner the night before. We googled unique dining experience and this one stood out. When I say it didn’t disappoint I’m not exaggerating. I have dined at many Michelin rated restaurants all over the world and this was a favorite that I will return to. We did the tasting menu with the wine pairings. The pairings were spot on perfect and very unique (think sparkling sake ). The entire staff was both friendly and informative giving us a little history of each of the wines. It’s about a 10 minute ride from the strip and very much worth it. The only thing I would have done differently was start with one of their amazing looking craft cocktails . We will absolutely return.“

“This was a cool, little spot I went to with some friends. We started with the diablo oysters and ended with the poke nachos. The nachos had chunks of tuna and avocado, drizzled with a spicy aioli and sesame seeds, on a bed of wonton chips. We also had some ceviche, bacon wrapped shrimp, chips and guac, and a few other things. I can't recall all of the ingredients, but everything we had was somewhere between good and stellar. We ordered maybe 7 or 8 dishes in all. The drinks there were also on another level.“

Coming in, we were so astounded by the people, lighting, and theme. The atmosphere itself is its own statement. We were welcomed by the bartender, Jess, opted for the dealers choice, and explained our preferences. They were so accommodating and friendly, we ended up chatting and spending most of our time here. Atmosphere: Lots of white marble, cream and gold, punctuated by the multicolored dipping dots on the walls. Centrally located in the casino, low walled, music from the floor. TVs were imbedded into the pillars, a good non-intrusive way to maintain the sleek lines of the bar. Then, of course, the eponymous segmented shark over the bottle display; shades of Hannibal.

We were seated at a tiny table - too small for all the dishes we ordered. Music was too loud for dining. They have a business casual dress code but many patrons were wearing shorts, t-shirts and ball caps. It's a pricey restaurant for special occasions only, unless you have more money than sense. Beware the Yukon Potatoes with truffle. The tiny bit of truffle cost an extra $35! Dinner for 2 with 1 cocktail, dessert and 20% tip: $415. We'll probably go back again in the future.“

“It was a beautiful building and smelled wonderful. We were greeted almost right away and luckily ended up with Chance as our waiter. My husband ordered the prime rib and I had the spaghetti and meatballs (with garlic bread). We then told our waiter about my celebration today with my brain cancer diagnosis anniversary and they gave us a Tiramisu for free ❤️ I highly recommend this restaurant! It's most likely the best meal we have had in Las Vegas!“

Wished they still had lamb. Also, the lobster portions used to be small. Desserts are pretty but tastes okay. A little too creamy. High end, but the salads are very reasonable. They always allow us to share salad, so we get two salads instead of one. Food is very filling and delicious. Music is really nice all the time. <3 Miss coming here! :P“
