McDonald's in North Las Vegas

“The cleaner cleans very good I always like coming here due to it being clean and the lady seems to be a very good person having a smile on her face .Although the food can be a bit off sometimes and the customer service not that well but atleast I know I’m eating in a clean place thanks to that lady, I recommend it for the cleanliness.“

“I usually go there for breakfast for the children in the morning when I'm in town. Everybody's very nice. There's this gentleman that help me. I believe his name is gila. Very nice gentleman. Very helpful. He went out of his way. I was very satisfied. Next time I'm in town I'm going to take him a gift cuz if my family's happy. I'm happy. Thank you so much“

“Been a long time since I've been to this area. I stopped here on my way home and happy I did. This is a nice McDonald's. They have the long orders park & wait so you're not in line for 10 minutes. This is the first time in a very long time I have seen a McDonald's with personnel intelligent enough to know when someone needs to park rather than holding up the line. The food and service were great. I recommend this McDonald's from now on!“

“The manager did her absolute best, she was amazing the food was fast and sort of on point considering she had about 2 or 3 people helping her in the kitchen and the lunch rush had just started. Not a fast food kind of person anymore but I did appreciate the attentiveness and care she attempted to give every customer.“

“This location is definitely trying to improve. Christopher was very kind, courteous and brought my refill straight out without me having to wait at the counter and get someone's attention. The guy who did the wheel spins (and gave out the fistbump I won) is also definitely worth a shout-out as being very friendly and helpful“

“As I was sitting inside this establishment this morning while eating and enjoying my Big Breakfast plate with extra hash brown and a large orange juice, I started to feel something SUPER REFRESHING... it was the customer service. I don't know if this had anything to do with what appeared to be the big bosses in the building, but I really hope this trend continues.

As soon as I walked in I was instantly greeted by a very pleasant young man who was so eager to help me out while I was trying to place my order on the kiosk. My mistake was that I failed to allow him to do so :( When my food was ready, he was the one who brought my tray to my table and asked if there was anything else he could get me. One minor thing was that they forgot to put utensils on my tray (but I'll get over it). He always came around to check up on my table throughout my visit, which I thought was very nice, and also very rare. There was also a young woman who came around to check and make sure everything was ok at my table or if I need anything else. At the end of my meal the young woman asked me if she could clear off my table and dispose of all my trash for me. Again, I failed to allow her to do so. :(

The point I'm trying to make is that the service and standard for McDonald's has deteriorated throughout the years and has become a new norm. When we do get lucky and are blessed with good service, we no longer know how to act and receive it. My hats go off to the young man and young woman who made my visit today very pleasant. I'll definitely be back to dine in again, next time I'll bring my manners.“

“This mcdonalds is ALWAYS busy,so dont stop here if you are pressed for time!
That being said,the food is ALWAYS piping hot,and super fresh,which ROCKS!!
A little bit of an issue,with the app,and ordering,still working it out,I am sure,however,this location is worth checking out!!“
