We had a roll that I forgot what it was called but it was good.

The food was delightful. The karage was tender and had a good flavor. The shrimp tempura breading was also tasteful. The sushi (tuna) was fresh and we enjoyed both rolls.

I would highly recommend if you're in the area.“

“My family's favorite AYCE sushi place. They have THE best rice to fish ratio. Food is always good and most of the servers are attentive. ( there are a couple of times we have had issues with a server never coming by but it doesn't happen often).“

-Yui Edomae Sushi was such a great find!
-Vegas has so many great sushi restaurants & Yui is definitely at or near the TOP of the list.
-Don't let the non-descript strip mall fool you.
-Once you're inside you are instantly transported to Japan.
-The small size of the restaurant w/ it modern, minimal design sets the right mood for a culinary art journey of 95% imported cuts from Japan.
-This is a place where you celebrate w/ someone who loves sushi/sashimi & rare seafood.
-They have 3 omakase menus ranging from $190+.
-The Gensen menu was a really good choice, its the $190 menu per person.
-The variety of dishes were profound & I left very joyful + stuffed.
-The sushi chef always had a smile in his face & he took great pride in serving us.

“One of my all-time fave sushi all you can eat places in town. Has many great Staples and some inventive options too. The staff is great and keeps up with the crowd on most days, though like everywhere if it's busy things slow down amidweek. As locals, we love coming midday and midwwek amd recommend it for the best service speed and pricing.“

“We have tried most of the AYCE places on the east side, a few in Chinatown. This was a new one to hit and it didn’t disappoint. Service and atmosphere was great. Fresh fish, nice rice ratio and plenty of variety of rolls. Tempura was light, crispy and seasoned well. Miso was rich and delicious. Deep fried rolls didn’t have a super thick cakey/doughy coating like most places. AYCE price was pretty average. My only complaint would be $3 each canned soda. $25 in drinks for 4 seemed steep. Overall it was worth the drive and will be back.“
