“From the moment we arrived to the dining experience, the customer service was wonderful. Jessie did a great job of timing all of our food so everything would not come at the same time. They even give you cotton candy for dessert and they were kind enough to give us an anniversary dessert as well. The food was delicious and we had a wonderful time. I would skip the Caesar salad. It was your basic Cesar with store-bought cheese crisp  The calamari was delicious and so was the Seabass “

“We ordered Asian chicken salad and chicken teriyaki bowl. Food was hot and fresh. PREM our server is great man. We have been coming to this location for so many trays and every we get Prem as our server we feel really great. He is awesome person.“

“Found this delightful Cafe after a Dr. appointment. I haven't had Eggs Benedict in years so I thought I'd try the avocado bacon Benedict and it was the best breakfast. The eggs were perfect. I am from Susanville, CA and I can't wait to come back in August for the next Dr. appointment.“

“This has become a tradition for us. Every time we come to Reno, we eat here. Cozy and lovely place. Not to mention the food that’s so yummy 🤤. The latest great change was in the kids menu, now they have pictures of the meals and I think that was an excellent idea to get the little ones to eat better.“

“This is pretty much our favorite place to go in Reno. We love the Cajun Chicken sandwich or a burger for lunch. Always hard to decide between the homemade french fries or chips, however the Italian dressing for the salad choice is always delicious. We love the chicken noodle soup and the beef vegetable soup (I may have those names slightly off). In the evenings, we love the prime rib. The warmed sour dough bread is delicious, so is the side of beans. Prime rib is always perfectly cooked as ordered. Huge ice teas are always on point and refilled quickly. Staff is so friendly. Even during construction, we can easily find a space to park out front, in the back or on the side.“

“Not at all what we were expecting. Think woodsy and hunting-style Hooters. Red and black shirts tied at the front, cut-off jean shorts and work boots. However the place was nice, the food was good and our server was lovely. Sports bar type of vibe, they also have a separate cigar room.“

“I don't gamble and I only stayed and ate here because of the marathon in town. I want to say that the staff were very friendly. They were working very hard and had a great attitude despite how busy things were. On my first day, Tricia provided great service. The pancakes for my marathon carb load were delicious. The next day after the race, I was served by Dhalia. She congratulated me on the race and was very conversational despite how busy things were. She kept checking on me. When she asked about the race, her team members came to listen in. That left a lovely impression. The carne asada omlette was tender and provided me the protein I needed for muscle repair. Keep up the great work! Dhalia, if you are reading this, go to the run store near Virginia Lake. Run clubs are fun and I wish you the best on your race training!“

“Held a private group dinner in the Den for a party of 22. Reserving this and all of the coordinating with Terra was pleasant and efficient! They were ready for us, service was excellent(thank you Emma), food was great, atmosphere was comfortable, all staff were friendly and prices were reasonable. Everyone in the group were happy!“

“Ordered a salad with the
grilled/seared salmon. Salmon was cooked great. Salad on the other hand, was not good. Mushrooms were old and like an hour away from having to be thrown away. They threw a ton in just to get rid of them and lettuce was wilting. Not fresh at all. Our waitress wasn't a happy camper either. Her voice was raspy, so not sure she had a cold or was coming down with one. Didn't want to deal with her and go through the trouble. But again salmon was cooked perfectly.“

“went here for the 1st time and it was pretty good. Only complaint some of the sauces they try to be cute with them and it ruins it. like Siracha in the Tartar Sauce for their fish and chips. I will never get that because of that. They put Tabasco in their Thousand Island that is stupid. But nice atmosphere good service and you can play Trivia that was fun. I had the pastrami it was good but I wanted regular Thousand island for it so that sucked. next time burger or Meatball Sandwhich“

My only minor concern was the placement of the air-conditioning unit directly above our table, which unfortunately caused the food to cool rather quickly. I asked for crispy potatoes and they were not. The country fried steak and eggs were bland. I get the idea of a lowest common denominator when spicing food in a restaurant but this goes too far.“

“I love your burgers! I go to the South Reno location every week and get a build-your-own bison double patty. I do have some issues with your ordering website, however. For some reason, I can't order online for the South Reno location. Also even though your website has everything on the menu there is no option for ordering a double patty. I go into the restaurant and order my food to go and will continue to do so but it would be nice and convenient if these issues could be fixed on your ordering website.
