Surprisingly outstanding service and excellent food. This is a big Vegas strip property and I wouldn't expect a top tier experience here at all but wow. We had better service here than most other restaurants we've been to in Los Angeles, Phoenix, Scottsdale, and several European cities. Just perfect attention to detail. And we had a beautiful view. We were so happy to find Gambi at our Best Western hotel in Sparks. It was fine dining! The only downside was the live music that was much too loud, causing all the diners to shout at one another. When the music stopped, the ambience was pleasant.
