got my wife coffee couple days ago and this place is very unprofessional. They boiled her latte in a venti cup and it boiled over and all over the cup and thats how they served it..Nasty and disgusting to hand someone a cup that has coffee all over it and on the ring of the lid. Why didnt they just steam it in their steamer cup?
i have been here several times and always get a latte at 185 degrees. We this time they decided to heat up the milk in my cup instead of their little steamer pot. Very very unprofessional and should not of served me in this cup. How hard would it have been to pour it in another cup?? Dont think i will be back at this dirty unprofessional place.
I really love this Starbucks , it’s literally so amazing - the staff is very talented and exceptional at making my complicated latte order. Always perfect and will continue to drive across town from my home to get my caffeine from only this location
