“This last time I went and they handed me the wrong order. I realized before I left the parking lot and stopped to go in. Before I had my vehicle in park someone was running out to me and apologized. They told me to stay in my vehicle and they would bring me my order. They fixed their mistake and everyone moved on happy.“

“These guys are super friendly and make great sandwiches. Good sized portions. No comparison to the previous owners who didn’t do as good a job. Tuna whole wheat with everything is my fave. Add siracha and the onion sauce for a little kick“

“tonight was the worst!!! i ordered a #1 med, with a sweet tea. i waited over 20 minutes in line. every car ahead of me was handed one bag of food. i get to the window. some rude kid swings open the window. says very rudely, "ugh what did you order?" after telling him, he slams the window shut, and says " Oh my God everything is messed up!" another kid comes, says that they messed up n it was going to be a couple more minutes. after 15 minutes, a manager I'm guessing finally comes to the window, asks what i ordered. Finally i get home n take out my food, its ICE COLD!!!! my fries were cold n hard, my big mac was cold. oh yeah! while i was waiting i watched an emoloyee, make an iced coffee. Before he put the lid on it, he tasted it!!! then proceeded to make more drinks n get them ready for an order!!!! disgusting!!!!! all those employees need to be fired! the managers who were standing outside the whole time smoking, who finally decided to go in need to be fired! never going to THIS location ever again!!!“

“We came in because of the name and was shocked to see you could get your taco fix PLUS Musubi AND a poke bowl all in the same spot. The food was good and nice portions. The icing was Camila tho. She makes an excellent host. Her friendly attitude makes you want to come back. Thank you girl!!“

“I don't know why there is only 1 taco John's while there are a dozen taco bells. This place is way better. I only eat taco bell once and a while just to see if it still sucks or if they somehow started making real food.
Taco John's is always fresh and delicious. so is the salsa, you just have to ask for it, try the green sauce. And ask for no salt on the tater tots because the cheese sauce is already salty“

Parking: Plenty of parking I even asked the manager once, "Do you mind if I walk around the shopping center and leave my vehicle here to walk my food and she said yes, of course, enjoy“

My husband has been following Roberto's Taco shop since he lived in Phoenix Arizona and we are so glad that we've been able to experience a few here in Reno. “We got the late about an hour before closing, and I guess they stopped using the oven before then because they used this separate oven to the side. The pizza wasn't as good as it usually is, and now I know don't go an hour before they close.“

“I love the tacos from here. Rice is good too. However, sometimes it's hard to order, especially in the drive thru. Also, in order to get the salsa I want, I have to go in and get it because it won't be the right one if you ask at the drive thru.“

“When in the course of human events it becomes necessary to enjoy some delicious yet overpriced fast food, Carl's Jr. does the trick.I got the Western Bacon Cheeseburger, (extra sauce) large fry and diet coke. The food was good. I have no complaints about the taste or presentation. The service was somewhat lackluster in that I got the sincere feeling of being a distinctive interference from whatever activities the the staff was engaged in prior to my seemingly ill-timed arrival“

Clean inside and out, and as always, way better than any other fast burger joint I'd normally visit.

Cashier was friendly and willing to explain the difference between some similar items.

Price was a bit higher than I expected, but the rest makes that easier to believe.

“Friendly staff and clean environment. No changing table in the bathroom. The power went out during the visit and the staff remained courteous. Just grab some tacos and curly fries and that's all you need. Hadn't had any in a few years since moving to the East coast from California and the tacos are still doing their thing. 👍“
