“For a small restaurant inside a store, the food here is great. We got the outdoorsman sandwich, a salad and mac and cheese. Everything was delicious, and the gelato looked so good I had to try the strawberry. Absolutely delicious, and you get a very generous amount. I will definitely come back here to get lunch or a snack next time I'm at Scheels.“

“While I was in Sparks on a work trip, I spotted the Terminator Burger at Bellini Cafe and just had to try it. Let me tell you, it was massive and absolutely delicious! If you’re into big, bold burgers, this one’s a must. It really hit the spot after a long day. Definitely worth checking out if you’re in the area!“

“Late night food, a nice burger and Fish and Chips made my son and I very happy. The burger was thick and juicy and was served with the crispier tater tots I ever had…nice!. The Fish and Chips was served as a one long piece of fish served with fries and Tartar Sauce and side of Cole Slaw, we ate the whole thing.“

“Angel, the bartender, was absolutely incredible! Despite the overwhelming crowd during Hot August Nights, she remained attentive, kind, and sincerely apologetic to every guest. It was clear the café was understaffed for the influx of customers, yet Angel handled the pressure with grace and a smile. She stayed calm and organized in the chaos, never placing blame on her team or management.

At one point, a customer became upset, and Angel addressed the situation with a level of professionalism and empathy that’s rare to see in such a fast-paced role. She’s a true asset to your team—please thank her again on our behalf. She deserves recognition, a raise, and a promotion!

Also, a big shoutout to Kim, the busser, who was clearly juggling a lot but still made the effort to help out wherever she could. As a business leader myself, I recognize strong team members when I see them—and they’re a reflection of great leadership. Kudos to your whole team! Please consider allocating more budget for extra staff during busy events like this.

“I nice clean little shop that serves great drinks. Interesting business design that creates combo meals of drinks that aren't complete garbage for you. Had a Hulk Tea and a Caramel Banana protien shake, surprisingly they kept me satisted from lunch time until I ate my preworkout snack around 5pm. Much better alternative to fast food options that are in town. Ready to go back.“

“I had a custom cake made by Cindy and it came out more beautiful and tasty than I could've hoped for! My sister in law wanted a fondant cake with raspberries. I sent some pictures and explained my cake request via email and Cindy was quick to respond. We talked back and forth about the details and they totally exceeded my expectations for this cake. The fondant is so good that everyone enjoyed the cake, even the kiddos and people who claimed to hate fondant. It was also huge and decorated with roses and hand painted flowers. I'll definitely be returning for any future custom cakes.“
