Oyster Bar is a consistently good restaurant with an awesome theme. The Seafood Pan Roast is always amazing, and the Lobster Bisque, Crab Louie, and Shrimp Scampi were very good. The menu has been updated, with some changes in dishes and prices, but the food quality remains high. The service can vary depending on the time of day and hotel events, but overall, it's a great place with friendly staff. Whether you try the creole gumbo, lazy man's cioppino, or steamed clams, you can expect good food. Special mention to Adela and Jason for their excellent service. Despite some minor issues, Oyster Bar is a top choice for seafood lovers in northern Nevada.
