“Very nice exquisite place to relax, do your homework, do an interview, have a good coffee, very good recommendation, there are some details, but it has always been a very hot place for those who have to accept themselves and have an excellent coffee, depending also on the coffee they are going to drink. Previously, it has happened that they add more water and coffee, but there are delicious, tasty drinks that are worth enjoying.“

“I stopped in today for a quick delivery and interacted with Jessica the Barista. We had a short but very nice conversation. She had a great smile and her awesome attitude put a smile on my face. She actually made my day, I just wanted to share my great experience.“

“Well staffed in early am- make solid Starbucks coffee. Pleasant and cheerful crew who interact also well together which makes the needed caffeine stop a nice perk to the morning (in store pickup). Very clean, music a bit loud but maybe thats lack of caffeine- some outdoor seating trees at edge of parking lot.“

“"As a top-rated DoorDash delivery driver, I frequently pick up orders from this location. My customers and their satisfaction are very important to me. Unfortunately, I have noticed some consistent issues that impact my experience as a representative picking up orders on behalf of customers. The staff often seem rushed and forget items from orders. The ready-for-pickup system is not utilized, so drivers end up waiting for long periods without acknowledgement. I hope this is not indicative of the experience in-store customers receive as well. I know the job can be stressful, but better organization and communication with delivery drivers could go a long way. My hope is that the management will make changes to improve training and efficiency. With some tweaks, this could easily become my preferred Starbucks location for delivery orders. My goal is to provide prompt, complete service to my customers, and this location's operations currently make that difficult."“

“Very friendly staff, the food is always cooked very well and the drinks are fabulous. Considering its always busy, the quality never wavers, and that's impressive!

Wheelchair accessibility: The dining and ordering areas are all accessible and the restroom is as well.“

“I went in today and the worker there was really friendly. She has snakebites and her septum pierced, I think her name was Seanna. Anyways, she was extremely nice to me and even recommended a drink for me to try. She was busy though, I saw that she was the only one behind the counter so I didn't want to interrupt her and her job. I will definitely come back :)“

“Wonderful staff, Great beverages, fast service, and not least whatsoever the bathrooms are always VERY clean here.. The only problem was there were only one of two bathrooms available. I'm sure it was some sort of covid related regulation but when 3 girls lined up for the bathroom and you are handicapped it did take a while for my turn. Appreciate you all very much“

“I gave it 5 stars but just the other day I saw a drink thrown by a customer at the barista. The woman that threw it was around 65-70ish and it's so messed up. Starbucks should all have any person who does this charged with law enforcement.“

“My drink was made the way I asked. Customer service was great! Also the drink thru was pretty fast. I would definitely recommend! I will be returning tomorrow, and any other time that I'm in the area (unsure of when that will be bc I'm from Indiana & just visiting family). 5 out of 5 stars!

“Convenient location in the Iron Horse Shopping Ctr. Onsite free parking. Handicap parking and access available. Very neat clean inviting interior. Indoor or outdoor seatings are available. We were cheerfully greeted by Darren our server at the counter. He was excellent, extremely friendly, upbeat and attentive. He was so very pleasant through the whole process. We really felt appreciated. The wait for our order was under five minutes. Our favorite coffee was yummy. On our last visit we ordered online at 4:30am for our long drive back home. It was ready when we arrived. Coffee was perfect! They will definitely be our go to when we are in town.“

“This Starbucks makes THE BEST coffee. I've gone to several Starbucks in Reno, they either can't make the coffee right or they don't fill the coffee to the top. Shout out to Sarah for her GREAT customer service and knowing how to make the White Chocolate Mocha just right!!“

“This place opens before the rest of the eateries at the resort, so I came here about five mornings in a row for early breakfast and it was consistently good, hot, and quick. Friendly staff and nice area to sit and relax helps. They do get busy like all of them so go early if you can.“
