The staff was super accommodating, they went above and beyond to ensure we had a fabulous stay filled with so many memories! We will definitely be going back this summer.“

“Beautiful, warmer than usual winter day in South Lake Tahoe. Stopped into Insomnia Cookies for a warm delicious chocolate chip cookie. After ordering 6 deluxe cookies (Oatmeal Walnut Chocolate Chip- chefs kiss 😘), decided to indulge into trying their ice cream. As our wonderful hostess, Karen, offered samples of flavors, she introduced this signature flavor chocolate chip dream. This sample was not only delicious it had my brain in overdrive! Not because of its fabulous texture and taste, but this chocolate based ice cream is PURPLE!
So, if you are visiting the Amazing area of South Lake Tahoe village and craving cookies and ice cream (salted caramel-runner up), check out Insomnia Cookies and say hello to Karen.“

“Ice cream in lake tahoe. Although it was a bit longer of a walk the ice cream was delicious. Considering it was one am the attendant was friendly, very helpful and the cinnamon rolls were the perfect compliment to that sweet vanilla ice cream yummo!!!!“
