“This restaurant is a hidden gem in Sun Valley. Interior is very clean, bright and decorated so cute. Karla gave us the best service! We started with one of the bloody Mary's and some fresh squeezed orange juice. The orange juice was amazing and the Bloody Mary was good, but my second cocktail (michelada) was amazing! Made perfectly and so refreshing. Perfect start to my weekend! For entrees we had biscuits and gravy and verde chilaquiles. Portions are large here which is good because the food is so great you want to just keep eating! Great dining experience and worth the short drive to Sun Valley!“

“Easy to find. Busy, so employees are a bit short and less friendly than other places. Everything you'd expect to get at McDonald's. Of course not vegetarian friendly, overpriced. But location and convenience are what these kind of stops are for.“

“This place is absolutely fantastic. If you read no further just know the rest of this is bragging about them! They've been around for a bit and unfortunately for myself just been a little off my radar tucked into the Wells corridor. But I'll say I'm glad I finally popped in to try them out because they are now waaaaaay on my radar! I had a plan when I heard about them for their taco Tuesday special. I figured that would be a good little test fire of what they've got going on here. Alas, I'd see them in passing or a mention on media after I'd already eaten. Courtesy of them being heavily bragged about (for good reason!) making the Yelp top 100 for 2023; I had them finally dialed in and let me tell you it did not disappoint! One of the only downsides is parking is a little weird in that area but that's not their fault. Tuesday night I stopped in was greeted and sat quickly and it was a tad busy but service went very quickly. I opted for a bar spot as a solo endeavor. Bartender was prompt and had great service. I enjoyed the bar being able to watch all the dishes on the pass and watching the chef add the finishing touches. I ordered the fish taco special, I'm bringing some friends next time to get a spread! They have exotic mushroom tacos which I'm very intrigued about. The tacos were immaculate. They were fresh, light, and had a nice little crispiness that worked perfectly with their toppings. I also ordered the potato taquitos, which were also fabulous. It's clear they like to make a feast for the eyes here as well. The taquitos almost looked too good to eat. Pro tip: let them hang out for a bit because the potatoes get a little toasty and need some time to cool. (I won't tell you how I know, haha.) My next venture was to try their Paella special on Thursday. I learned about Paella a handful of years ago through a local chef at a Yelp event. And I've been seeking a place to get it since then. La Condesa did not disappoint. To be fair paella is a hard dish to render in a mass setting. There isn't a proper socaratt that a connoisseur might be looking for buuut it's flavorful with a quick prep at it and it was highly enjoyable. I will 1000% be back to try the rest of the menu and also have them on deck for taco Tuesdays in the future.“

“Hard to find first time (sorry Google maps!) But worth the try. Buffulo sausage and elk black and bleu burger. Too many fries (said us for the first time!) Also bought bison ribeye and special game spices. Found out they also have fresh swordfish! We will be back!!“

“Located on the lower level of the grand Sierra, just adjacent to the swimming pool but not hard to find. Staff was friendly and efficient as she took my order right away. I ordered the grilled chicken club sandwich with french fries and strawberry milkshake. The strawberry milkshake was thick and creamy and satisfying. The french fries were OK but the chicken club sandwich was dry.I know Johnny Rockets is known for their cheeseburgers, which is what I will probably have if I have a occasion to visit this again“

“Lucky Beaver was delicious and a great spot, especially for late night! There were a lot of people who looked like they came after their jobs, still in uniform, excited to have a good meal and a beer. I heard the burgers were their specialty so that's what I opted for. Pretty tasty and filling. I had just a classic cheeseburger with Cajun fries. The fries weren't anything to write home about but they did the job. I felt the same about the burger. Maybe my hesitation is how pricey almost everything on the menu seemed. The restaurant has a dive bar feel with midtown/vibey restaurant prices.... If that makes sense. The service was fantastic. Very friendly and accommodating waitress for our party of 7. I would come back for the appetizer platter, that was very delicious. I love a good variety and each item was done to perfection; wings, jalapeño poppers, onion rings, mozzarella sticks. Yum!“

“Scoopers has amazing food and so much variety for being called a burger place, they have hot dogs, sausage, nachos and Super Nachos which are nachos with everything, meat. beans, tomatoes, nacho cheese, sour cream. You can mix ingredients or add them for a small fee, there's also both indoor and outdoor dining areas or, if you have a car, they'll bring your order out to you. I live close by and have taken friends there for celebrating special occasions, but they end up being long time customers. Sadly, I'll be moving, across the country to Pennsylvania at the beginning of next year, but I'll be sure to get a burger one last time. I'll never forget Scoopers, such a great place for amazing food.“

“Was there for the very first time, had the awesome awesome combo with cheese fries and and my friend had the same with garlic fries. Let me just say this, never had such a juicy burger in Reno that was this good at a great price,service was great, atmosphere was great wait time was really short. I'm a big guy and usually finish all my burger meals but not this time I had to ask for to go box was enough leftover for a small snack. Looking forward to my next visit. “It's in n out. It's a place to get a pretty good quick burger and a good shake. I've never actually gone in honestly but there's a reason the drivethrough is almost always packed and often extends to the street. Just be courteous and the employees will reciprocate.“

“I don't know why it didn't dawn on me to write a review of this great establishment until now. Before I moved to Las Vegas from Reno Tahoe last July, this place has always been a go to for me and my friends, we call it our little "hang out spot", since we discovered the place back in 2022 and the location only being 10 minutes away from my former house. This restaurant is open 24 hours. The cocktails and food are great. The servers are attentive and do notice you if you go in there frequently as well which is nice. Happy hour is pretty much always available and affordable. I can recall a few times where I ordered four lemon drops and my bill was just short of $40! Overall, it reminds me of such a nostalgic feeling as I had good times there. When I am back in town, this will ALWAYS be my first and last spot!“

“This neighborhood breakfast spot is pretty busy on weekends. The food here is good. There's quite a variety to choose from. I had the Hawaiin breakfast and my wife had the French toast. Both items were tasty. The service is quick and friendly. The food came out quick and the server checked on us frequently. The ambiance is an open space concept with booths and tables thoughtout the restaurant. Would definitely return.“

“We think the burgers are some of the best tasting in the area. Friendly staff, plenty of beers to choose from along with a fully stocked bar. Gaming is plentiful. “Freakishly delicious! And hit the spot left right up. The French fries too not sure what's on them look like chives but who cares was delicious. Service was fast. Has small arcade for littles and the friend let's be honest I still play games too. You'll know that seeing me at press start event. But overall yea great little burger spot that you have options of meat even vegan chicken. And then build up or do personal favorites. I chose the bacon burger that had hint of spice with bacon straw fried onions and honestly a great combo for burger. Did my best to take a picture but was hard due to smell and taste. And yes they do have drive thru I just enjoy seating and taking my time eating what's good.“

I had the meatloaf plate w/ Mac and cheese and fries. Nice smoky flavor and the service was pretty quick considering we got there about the time everyone else did. “This place was a gold mine. I recently read an article from ourbigescape.com titled "3 Top Hole-in-the-Wall Reno Joints". I'm not going to lie; hole-in-the-wall will always spark my interest because the mainstream seems allergic to that term. We arrived early for dinner yesterday, around 5 pm, and the place was empty. We walked in and found what I had hoped for: an Irish dive bar that looked the part in all the right places. They had a medium-sized back room with a pool table, a must for me, and dive bars. We decided on the famous Rubin sandwich, cheeseburger, and onion rings. The onion rings were just fine with your regular large, greasy rings. The cheeseburger was a "good solid burger, good meat, nice char." I had the famous Rubin. Any sandwich with famous or the world's best in any self-proclaimed menu item makes a little laugh. Well, I'll be the first to tell you that using famous for this sandwich was well deserved. The meat, flavor, bread, and overall taste were out-of-this-world good! It wasn't a greasy pile of food. It was a work of art. This Rubin sent my tastebuds over the moon and straight to heaven. This recipe was passed down from the previous owner/cook, who worked there for over 30 years. He taught them how to make the Rubin, and they stayed true to form. Amazing! I came to find out our bartender, Lee, was the owner. We told her about the article and the reason why we came in. She couldn't have been more welcoming and sweet to us "newcomers" walking into her place. In fact, everyone is welcome, and there is no such thing as newcomers to her. This sandwich and bar is on my radar now. If you want an amazing Rubin, then you need to get your butt over there. My only advice is don't go hungry.“

Tap room next door, outdoor patios, good brews and food. My one and only wish...better fries. They use a sweet seasoning that disappoints every time. “Best Lettuce Wrapped Burger!!! This is actually my 3rd review for this place. This isn't the norm for me but I had to give them another shout out. I recently took a break from eating bread. While on this break I have still crave a good burger. I have had lettuce wrapped burgers during this stint. By far the Inclined lettuce wrapped burger is the best!!! “We left one of the chain restaurants due to a ridiculously long wait time and came here. Pleasantly surprised by the extensive and varied menu for a restaurant in strip mall. The food was really good with generous portions. We were all very satisfied. I certainly recommend this place. Bonus is that it is locally owned.“

Then, the burger patty itself had a different consistency to it. I don't know. I'll try again another time. Just lacked in comparison to the Tahoe location.“

“There is not a damned thing wrong with Coney Island. Great Dogs and onion rings and chili cheese jalapeno fries...Just wow. Spendy? Yeah but you really get what you pay for here so order a couple and you will DEFINITELY be full! My pet dog ripped my corndog out of my hand (And normally he is well behaved) on the way home and spent the whole ride cleaning up every single crumb so he agrees too! “I have been here a few times on nights my husband played softball but this was the first time just "planning a dinner" there. It was actually for my birthday and I was trying to think of places that could accommodate a larger group. I knew they had big tables. It's nice because you order at the register and then they call your name. We did pizza and appetizers and of course drinks. I highly recommend them for just a fun evening out! We have a medical needs adult daughter and the food was able to pass her utmost strict standards. The strawberry and Oreo cookie shake were beyond 5 stars. My husband's double cheeseburger and my teriyaki burger were great. The onion rings -hold onto your seats, had homemade batter on them, not your standard pull from the freezer by any means.
