“it was really good overall but they sent us the wrong ones twice but we got our money back so it was ok i recommend this store because they have good cookies and they make them well but my driver also got lost while delivering my order so idk but good food“

“Stopped in last night and we will definitely be back. We went for paletas but there were so many amazing things on the menu we didn’t end up getting any but can’t wait to try them! The aguas Frescas float was incredibly refreshing and we were so excited for someone to have elote when they advertised for it rather than esquites only. The staff were also great. Super friendly and very patient with our group!“

“Who doesn't love ice cream? And in my opinion this is the place to get it. Creamy and thick. Made fresh in the store according to them? Either way, the best ice cream I have ever had. Large variety of flavors and creations. Waffle cone or cup. Largest selection of toppings I've seen. So many different options. I usually got cheesecake with Graham cracker topping. They offer shakes, cakes and more. You can watch as they roll your ice cream for your creation. Whole experience is fun. Usually busy, so be prepared for a wait. We'll worth it though. Service is fast and friendly. Atmosphere exceptionally clean. My only dislike was I didn't get a "Thank you" for my tips. Love going here. Highly recommend it.“

“had a delicious latte at this place. I was pleased to find out they roast their coffee in house. it was very apparent with the fresh taste. I was also happy that the barista accommodated my special request of making it lightly sweetened. it was perfect thank you. I also enjoyed the quiet little patio that they had behind the building“
“The lady was a manager who served me and for $10 the scoops were small. Two little scoops I know it was intentional my friends were a lot bigger and I’ve been at another location and they were a lot bigger not sure why maybe because I walked in laughing about a joke with my friend and she thought it was disrespectful but I’m not coming back. You can’t laugh in public people get upset nowadays.“
“I do DoorDash and I came in around 8:30 on a Friday night. The place was packed. It looked like chaos but those 5 young ladies handled it like a well oiled machine. It was beautiful to see. Considering I go to tons of food places all night long I have never seen such great service. Everyone was taking care of including me! I was just there to pick up an order and I barely waited 5 minutes if that. I was blown away. That group of employees should be what all food service workers should be like. All smiles and not a single lazy person in sight. I honestly don’t have the words to say how amazed I was. Kudos to that group. ??

“when ordering my son's cake, they were so sweet, kind, courteous and even called me after I ordered it to ask if I wanted to add anything to it to make it extra special!!! simply amazing!!! and this is the 1 location I will be ordering from now on!!! thank you employees at the Plumb Lane location!!!!! this cake will be such an amazing special surprise for my kiddo!!! the employees deserve great recognition!“
