“I rarely review chains because the experience usually varies every visit. However this Dunkin’ Donuts is the most consistent one I’ve ever been to. I’ve been going here multiple times a week for months and my order is always correct, fresh, and timely (even though they are PACKED with state employees)... The staff here are friendly and fast.“
“This location was good, but it's a tight pull in on a busy street. Went inside to order it wasn't crowded, there was parking. The staff was nice and friendly. They didn't mess up the order or the food, and it was clean inside. They have a new churro donut that's supposed to taste like churros, I guess, but it doesn't. It tastes like one of those old fashion cinnamon sugar donuts, except it has a fancy shape. Like, c'mon, dd you know dang well that doesn't taste like a churro. lol maybe if they had like a caramel drizzle on it ? then maybe, but yeah, no Anywho, it's dunkin donuts what else is there to explain.“
“We came here to get donuts before our 6 am flight the next day. Unfortunately, the hours were listed wrong on Google and they were only open for drive through. They also didn't have most of their donuts available, but we were able to find a few good options. The donuts were delicious and the staff member was great!“
“Firstly I would like to say the quality of the donuts and muffins are pretty good. Much better than the DD is NYC. HOWEVER the customer service is to be desired. The line for drive through is long so I just park and come in. I accidentally cut off a gentleman I didn’t see so when the counter person said next, I said I was here first. The gentleman said it’s ok she can go. The counter person snapped and said he was here first! Her tone and attitude was a bit off putting from there. Thin, brown skinned lady with braids. I didn’t say anything back. The second time they had FOUR people manning the drive thru so I had to wait a bit. They saw me and didn’t greet me or well anything. Customer service is lacking but food is tasty. I did use the drive thru once and they were nicer there.“
“I had a fantastic experience at Dunkin' located at 439 Madison Ave, Albany, NY 12210. The customer service was truly top-notch, and the freshly brewed drinks were delightful. The staff members were not only fast in serving but also incredibly polite, making my visit all the more enjoyable.One convenience I appreciated was the availability of parking and restroom facilities. It made my stop here even more convenient.However, I must note that the exterior surroundings were less than ideal. There seemed to be safety concerns with the presence of individuals engaging in inappropriate activities nearby, such as solicitation and drug-related issues. To improve the overall environment and ensure the safety of customers, it would be advisable for the establishment to seek assistance from the local police or relevant authorities to address these concerns.Despite this, my experience inside Dunkin' was excellent, and I highly recommend it for their exceptional service and freshly brewed beverages.“

“Usually I have had good experiences but today I was in disbelief with the disrespect. You never know how many prayers a person had to pray to become the humble person they are today. Respecting each other is all we need In this world today ! Update I went there today and spoke to the manager because what happen yesterday was in my spirit. The manager was a pure pleasure,she addressed my concern and made me feel like I matter and offer to Rectify the situation. She reassured me she would talk to her staff and gave me a free ice coffee ? again respect is all this world needs to run Have a awesome and productive day ! Changing the rating because of the professional and respect the Manger gave !“
“I have went here on at least six occasions this semester as a UAlbany student. There was only once where my coffee wasn't available for my mobile order, but it came quite quickly.Every time my donut wasn't ready I was able to ask and was given the donut with no buts about it.I have seen negative reviews and those people are entitled to those reviews. However, one day I was grabbing my coffee just like any other day and I saw the beauty of this Dunkin Donuts.An elderly man(a regular because he was addressed by name) was asked by an employee if he got his regular order today because he was still waiting. One of the young women there courteously helped him and clarified what he was still waiting on for his individual order.It's moments like those where you realize just how incredible fast food workers are and that we don't always give them enough respect. I realize some people have had bad times at this location, but I hope this shows you a side you might not always see.As James Baldwin once wrote, "One cannot deny the humanity of another without diminishing one's own."“
“This is prob the best Dunkin’ I’ve been to. The staff on today was really friendly & made my order PERFECT. The majority of Dunkin‘s don’t know how to make the iced caramel latte correctly, but when I got it here it was made the correct way & my bagel wasn’t burnt! Definitely will be a returning customer.“
“Great experience.I was on my way to a job site at 6:00 Am on a Saturday, and needed to place a large order.Thinking that it would take some time for 5 sandwiches I offered to pull ahead. They told me they got me and had the sandwiches made in no time.“
“Seriously I tell everyone that THIS is the best Dunkin in town! Coffee is always delicious, never had an order wrong, people always nice, and quick as can be. I never thought a gas station, also great btw, would also have the best Dunkin but by golly they do!“

“Staff and service is great, but it is SO HOT in there. It’s been like this for months and I can’t believe the owners haven’t done anything to fix it!!! There’s some janky machine that looks like it’s supposed to be cooling the air but does absolutely nothing. I feel so awful for the workers who have to then be surrounded by ovens and hot coffee when it’s already so hot in there. How is this environment safe or legal for the employees?!“
“The regulars there are absolutely great, Im not sure of the guy that I always tell him his glasses need to be adjusted name but he's so nice and always smiling and the sweet girl that just got highlights I think she's the manager but I just enjoy seeing them great customer setvice“
“There is always a line but it moves quickly. The customer service is top shelf at the Madison Ave. location in Albany. Also the cashier service there is exceptional,particularly with the numbers that are always coming in. The variety of sweets and breakfast are always fresh,and you are certainly welcomed once you walk in the door. Its the place to go for a quick fresh,hot breakfast.“
“Parking: VERY SMALL parking lot directly outfront. There are usually a couple of spaces for parking on the one way street next to it. Not easy to get out of parking lot due to the high volume of traffic throughout the entire day/night(this location is directly across from St. Peter's Hospital)“
