They do not vet their volunteers, and them nor the director have the credentials required to work with children. Parents, you may be relieved for the help and the stimulation your child is getting. However, that does not ever excuse someone screaming at a child saying "sit properly in your chair, you shouldn't even be able to make eye contact with me while you eat" in a demeaning tone.
