“Fun and friendly staff! We must remember these people actually SHOW UP for work each day! They have to deal with extremely complicated menu and orders. Delivery services, long drive thru lines, and of course customers in a rush add to their stress. I along with many others would probably only last an hour trying to do their job.“

“I started coming to this store because my coffee tastes 10000% better than it did at 1200 state street. the coffee at state street was always very watery and made me feel sick after taking 2 sips. but after coming to this store i will never go to a different dunkin! the store is SO clean and all the employees are very nice and respectful. my coffee is always made perfectly when i come here and when i do order food it is hot, fresh, and never too overdone every time i get it.Dietary restrictions: i am lactose intolerant and i ask for oat milk and i actually get oat milk every time i come here!!! i am honestly so amazed at this location because everywhere else i went would mess it up and give me cream and i would be sick for the rest of the dayParking: the parking lot is a good size for the location PLENTY of spots to park“

“I stopped in for a sandwich on a cross country road trip and the girls at the counter treated me like family. I honestly felt like we'd been friends for years. The food was awesome. I can't remember their names but they all deserve a raise!!“

“Thank you to the girl who waited on me in the drive thru at 3:30 am. She was fast and friendly and actually made my sandwich.. Unlike the DD I had gone to on Curry Rd right before this one. They didn't even bother to answer me in the drive through. Just an FYI... Do not assume you will get better service depending on the location. As I found out at 3:20 in the morning when I assumed I would be waited on at the 24 hour DD Rotterdam. Kudos to the girl at the State St. location.“

“The Pumpkin Muffin❣️ is Back!!!! I ran to Dunkin in Scotia before work, the girl was very busy with DoorDash or Grubhub. But she was quick to take my order,,,I got to work on Time with Munchkins & Pumpkin muffin. Everything was great!! But I have to say...I Used to work at Dunkin & I would love to work there again however I nvr would ,,,now that there's DDash,,,it's TOO much ,Dunkin wants you to take dash first,,,but I always helped the guest in front of me First. I disagree with Ddash first.“

“This establishment is one of the best Dunkin’s I’ve ever visited around the Schenectady area! I’ve never seen such hardworking, driven employees who never fail to put a smile on my face the minute I walk in. The woman with the red hair, whom I haven’t caught the name of, helps me kindly anytime I have trouble within their confines. Overall more than 5 stars if I could put it on, my grandma with dementia also prefers their croissants and lovely decorations for each of the holidays!!“
