“A large group of 20 of us stopped in last night (Saturday) for dinner, after a day out on the trails. They didn’t even hesitate in accommodating us and moved chairs around and sat us immediately even though they were very busy. The server was so lovely and the food and drinks were amazing! The eight children that were with us thoroughly enjoyed the plushie claw machine while we waited for dinner. Everything was fabulous and it was a great ending to our day. “We were renting a cabin so we decided to check out the tavern. I get anxious about walking into new places. The bartender was busy, but she made it a point to make eye contact with us, and smile making it known she had noticed us walk in. The atmosphere was great, a few people interacted with us and were super friendly, the bartender once again made a point to make conversation with us bc we clearly weren’t from around here. We have many friends and family that come up for salmon this time of year and I can’t wait to tell them to check this place out! Thank you so much for being so kind!“

“LD’s in Pulaski has become a must-stop tradition for my son and me during our annual salmon fishing trip. We make it a point to grab lunch here at least once a year, and it never disappoints. The food is hot, tasty, and hits the spot after a morning on the river.

If the weather’s nice, definitely grab a table outside — it’s a great place to relax and watch the fishermen working the town pool just across the way. Be warned though, the yellow jackets like to join the party when it’s warm out — nothing too crazy, just keep your drink covered and wave them off.

The place can get busy, especially during peak fishing season, but it’s worth the wait. LD’s has that laid-back local vibe that makes Pulaski feel like home for a few days every year.“
