“Stopped in after driving by because there was not much else in the area we wanted to eat. Dont let this place fool youby beaing attached to a gas station. We had a pleasant surprise! The staff was friendly and the food was super fresh. We just ordered a few appetizers. The chicken wings were so hot when they came out , crispy yet still juicy. We also got the mozzarella sticks which are homemade. The chicken nachos and the garlic parm pretzel were so good also. We will def be back to try some of the meals 😋“

“I’ve come here many times on weekends for the last 2-3 years and it has consistently had excellent service and food. This is a down to earth, friendly place that serves great Mexican and diner food at good prices. Recommend the fajitas, the BLT, the fries and the eggs.“
“Best food in the area! Great pricing and delicious! Staff is wonderful. My daughter is now addicted to the crème brûlée that was on special. We will be back!“

“Oakhurst Diner in Millerton, NY is a charming 1940s Silk City diner that blends nostalgic Americana with a modern twist. Its diverse menu ranges from breakfast burritos to meatloaf with mashed potatoes, with unexpected touches like Ma’s Pho and even sake.
The chrome exterior and retro neon sign—with a few dimmed letters that show its age—set the tone for a warm, vintage-inspired interior. Having visited for over 35 years, we've always appreciated the consistent quality—even through changes in ownership. In 2010, Paul Harney and the Panzer brothers introduced a fusion of old-school Americana with unexpected international flair. By layering in Asian-inspired dishes alongside classic diner comfort foods, they created the distinctive signature that defines Oakhurst today.
On this visit, weekend crowds made the service slower—a reminder of why we used to come only on weekdays when we lived in the area.
Entering the diner can pose a trip hazard for those with mobility issues. Even so, the food remains as distinctive and satisfying as ever. Our hope is simply that the owners give the historic building the same care and attention they put into their cooking.“

“Just left with my family of 4 and the food was absolutely delicious. You get a lot of bang for your buck and the family who owns it is delightful. If you need a go to and you live nearby or if you are passing through you need to reserve a table with them and prepare for some amazing flavors. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️🌟“
