“I cannot recall arriving. However, once I arrived I felt encompassed by the mural which covered the walls of the interior entirely. I felt the need to scrutinize the composition which gave at first the impression of being mass produced wall paper. After some debate about whether a living deed had been accorded to the walls, my compatriot and I affirmed that the strokes had a livingprovenance. This was assuring for several reasons. My mood had been cleft earlier in the dayfor a variety of reasons though as well for the general stagnation I’d been experiencing for quite some time; a state to which I had been becoming morbidly accustomed. Generally, I feel pleased in the atmosphere of restaurants. I like especially feeling restrained by the promissory of ordering off a menu in witness of personnel for whom my fulfillment of the contractual bond is a matter of livelihood. In advance of the arrival of victuals, I fondle everything on the table. I’m incited by the apparent cleanliness that rests as far as the eye can see. I am shortsighted, or long sighted. This is a temporary confession. The drinks were good. Top shelf and brought directly to the table. No intermediary.“
“I love the food here! I come here every year for my birthday, graduations and everything else! The food is yummy and so are the drinks! Everything so reasonably priced for the amount of food they give you! The customer service, waiters, and waitresses are always amazing. I am a big sweets girl and I love their desserts. Everything has so much flavor. I would 10/10 recommend.Wheelchair accessibility: There is no stairs at all. There are NO stairs walking to, into, or in the restaurant. Great place to dine at if someone needs wheelchair accessibility.“
“Great place with delicious food and fantastic staff! You’ll love it! The coffee was delicious. Make sure you ask for “cafe de olla,” so good! First time adding chorizo to my huevos rancheros, and it was so delicious!!! I love their ‘tres leches’ cake???“
“Great service, nice environment. Couple different seating areas. Food and drinks are amazing.Parking: Parking depends on time of day you go. During day it's paid street parking. Evening time parking is free street and the use of county parking lot located directly across street.Kid-friendliness: Yes very kid friendly environment“
“We ordered take out today from Mexico Lindo. We ordered combo box number 2 with tacos al pastor and birria tacos, a magonada, and chicken wings (not pictured because my kids destroyed them in seconds - but they were delicious!). Our food was hot, authentic, and delicious even after the drive from Kingston to Accord. The taco box, that comes with chips, salsa, and guacamole would have been enough to feed my family of 5 (3 kids and 2 adults) and was a bargain at only $49. My teenager, who orders birria tacos everytime we eat out and homemade from his abuelas recipe, said these are the best local ones he’s had. We can’t wait to try more dishes from here!“
“Delicious, different Mexican options. So many more I want to try! Lots for vegetarians. Great guac! Music could be a little less loud, but love the high ceilings. Generous portions and amazing tortillas!Vegetarian options: Eggplant with black beans and pickled onions torta is phenomenal and surprising!“
“The food is SO good. The veggie burrito is full of grilled veggies and so, so good. The nachos are amazing too. Be warned that the portions are GENEROUS, so you might have leftovers, especially if you order an app too (not that I can complain!). I rarely have room for dessert after, but when I do, the tres leches cake is my go-to. Quick, friendly service, and a clean place (with a cool fish tank!). One of Saugerties' best.“
“2023 Update: Service is still great, but likely due to costs the "Family Version" of almost all dishes has been curtailed to about three in total, and all the entrees are sized around a single diner now.2019: Always good food, great staff, great service. Been coming here for years, always A+++ experience.“
“One of my favorite places. The food is so unique and so tasty. The teriyaki tofu is to die for. The lotus buns and asian rice bowl (both with the tofu) are my go-tos. Great for take out/drive thru or dine in.Vegetarian options: Lots of options that can easily be made vegetarian/vegan“
“Food was so awesome! We visited Tivoli for 2 nights and loved our meal at Santa Fe. Service was quick and Jordan was super friendly! Generous portions and everything tasted fresh and delicious. We loved our experience at Santa Fe Tivoli. Thanks!“
“This is a family favorite! The staff is always friendly, the food is delicious, and every time I leave with a smile onm face. I don't now how this place isn't packed every night. If you haven't been you need to go!! You won't be disappointed.“
“This is the best Mexican place in Kingston. There is a lot of authentic Oaxacan fare. They could do a little better with presentation of a few things, it's real home style Oaxacan food without much flair. The Pozole is a standout, probably the best in duchess or Ulster county. They also make one of the best chile rellenos I've had. The horchata is not too sweet, and the guacamole is solid and fresh , but not stand out. The tortillas are homemade and really special. The tortilla chips are also really good. They also have a sufficient tequila and Mescal selection. The owner and staff are extremely sincere and courteous. We're lucky to have authentic Mexican food like this.Vegetarian options: Guacamole, quesadillas, basically everything can be done without meat. If you're a vegan it might be tougher.“
“I know you're missing this spot. And I grieve for you. It's very easy to miss - tucked away on Van Buren, off broadway. It's a little storefront. It looks like an ugly little hole in the wall. It might even be a bodega...but you haven't walked in yet, have you? But you're missing something very, very special. A few small ramshackle tables with a few bottles of hot sauce. A counter with friendly people behind it, busy taking orders and cooking away at their delightful Guatemalan specialties. A refrigerator with with huge containers of freshly made Horchata. You're missing it... But don't miss it anymore. Go get it! Because it's FABULOUS! I'm gonna go out on a limb here and recommend the whole fish. Yeah, they serve it here. Incredibly fresh and freaking delish! I'm also going to recommend the burrito. It's a very different take. And you may read the ingredients and turn your nose up. But you know what? You'll be missing it... And that is sad. Get there soon. They're waiting to serve you an amazing lunch. And it will be very, very kind to your wallet. :)“
“Found this spot by accident looking for a quick bite off 87. Adding it to our roadtrip map forever. What looks like an unassuming food truck location had some of the best Mexican food we’ve had in recent memory. Solid prices, really friendly staff… just go for yourself and see! 10 out of 10 (p.s. cash only - bring lots, you’ll want seconds!) The red hot sauce is FIRE (Can I buy this by the gallon?!) ?“
“My wife and I stopped in for the first time to have dinner last night. The menu had a good variety and the prices were very reasonable. The tacos are served in 3's for $12 and the 3 empanatas for $19. Dos Equis were only $5.50 for a pint. $10 for a Margherita. We will be back there soon to further explore the menu.“
“I want to thank everyone at Armadillo for reconnecting me to the dining experience. I came here with a couple of friends to celebrate a birthday and they outdid themselves with the entire evening. Not only was the ambiance warm and inviting but the staff was beyond lovely , attentive and the food was great! I will certainly be back here for cozy meetups and bites. Their margaritas were also delicious and made with good quality spirits. Thank you so much for making my friend (and the other 2 patrons) birthday a sweet memory !“
“My mouth is watering thinking about the food I ate here a couple of nights ago. Although I've tried a large variety of Mexican dishes in my lifetime, this was the first time i had sopes. I had mine with cecina. To describe sopes, it's a mountain of deliciousness on a thick fried taco. Mine was piled 3 inches high with cecina, lettuce, queso.Pulling up to this restaurant, I had my doubts about its authenticity, because from the outside it feels a little fast-foody... but i later remembered that that was the old Dunkin. Now it's genuinely great food, excellent service. I highly recommend it!Vegetarian options: Every meat option has a corresponding vegetarian option.“
“all time favorite place to eat in red hook, my only complaint is that they’re not open every single day❤️?❤️? the staff is always so kind and eager to help. food comes out quick and soo good every timeDietary restrictions: they have vegetarian options that my friends love“
