“Went to the KFC on Bailey road to make a large order. The girl on speaker informed me she was not taking any orders because she was working alone. Very disappointed. Why not just CLOSE if orders aren't accepted. Why was she alone? Where was the manager? You, as a business should be very ashamed. Ended going to Little Ceasars for 10 pizzas!!!“

“We met the guy Greg at another restaurant told me Unc about the cooking spot finally visited today. We purchased the Haddock and Red velvet waffle. Place is cleaned and respectfully served. They even threw the Ted hot sauce, water, and other things to go. The time frame is good safe hours open and close. We will be back to show more support and will tell others.“

“Everything was great and cheaper cost than a chicken sandwich combo elsewhere. Fresh chicken made to order, not frozen. Great sauces and fries too! Staff was friendly and helpful! Highly recommend!“

“To be fair I’ve never been inside, just drive thru.
Like most fast food, Chik Fil A is very consistent from location to location- perhaps a bit more so than McDonald’s/Burger King. I’m guessing corporate policy and directives makes that a point when it comes to training staff.
Food is decent. Simple and consistent. Staff is polite. For the frequent lines I’ve never seen a Fast food chain that has such a well oiled system to move said line- which is great for the customer. Maybe because it seems they don’t purposely cut labor to increase profits at the expense of quality.
Thank you!“

“Out of all the Chinese places in WNY this is by far the best!! The egg roles are JUMBO and packed with flavor, some of the best pork fried rice! Chicken is perfect it’s not soggy like the other places, you can taste the flavor!!!! 10/10 stars will drive the extra 8 minutes just for this place!“

“My daughter and I tried it for the first time. And the quality of the chicken is very good. Wide range of flavors . E picked 4 different flavors to try and all have been great. Friendly service and helpful explaining what is in certain items that we were trying for the first time. We'll definitely be going back.“
