“Wendy's on Maple road in Amherst the people couldn't be any nicer people at Wendy's on wehrle and Transit could use them for lessons on how to be nice because they are pain in the butt is closer to me but I prefer going further to the one on Maple “

“I'm a GrubHub driver who frequently delivers from this Wendy's. I was not able to find out the name of the gentleman who was working the counter at about 4:45 PM on the afternoon of October 11, 2023 when I came in to pick up an order for my customer. He had brown hair and a beard and was wearing a black face mask. But he was easily the most helpful fast food employee that I have dealt with in a long time.I appreciated not only his friendly demeanor, but the fact that he provided me with a drink holder when he saw that I was struggling with the multiple bags and beverage cups in my customer's order, and he also made sure to put multiple straws in each bag. (As a delivery driver, it's me and not the counter worker who bears the brunt of the customer's frustration that comes when they can't enjoy their beverage.)I hope that somebody in management is reading this and that this employee can be recognized appropriately for his conscientious service, which, again, is such a rarity nowadays.“
