Unfortunately, I have had to update my review and it has not improved. ..
The pizza is just not worth $4.10 per regular slice, especially with the poor customer service you receive when Pauly is not there. My last and final time there, was on December 20, 2022 around 12 noon and there was no one at the front counter serving the customers (there were 7 customers) and they left 4 different type of pizza pies on top of the counter unattended where anyone could have touched,...read full review

I was doing a story on Coastal Flooding in NYC... 'Sandy' 10 years later ...'Hurricane Ida' & 'Ian'... and talked to Surfers on the Beach that surfed 'Ian' (Beach 67) just recently. In the last two weeks we’ve received the wrong item twice. Giving the benefit of the doubt (these were Uber eats) we ordered direct tonight. No doorbell, no knock. Happened to look outside when we heard the car door close as the driver pulled away. Called to find out our order would be another 30 minutes. Evidently there were “a lot of doors.” Manager was combative, but not short on excuses - including that drivers are not allowed to come to the door due to Covid regulations....read full review
