“Classic Brooklyn joint serving one of the best roast beef sandwiches in town! But I would have to say the western burger also packs a solid punch. You can’t go wrong with any of the items here honestly. But our go to’s are always the roast beef sandwich, western beef burger, crown fritters, chicken wings, and orangeade drink! You also have the option to put cheese on anything! If you have a young one, ask one of the cashiers for a free ballon. If happens to be your birthday, you get to spin the giant wheel for a chance to win $5-$20 prize for next time use. Also, if you spend more than $45 per order, you can get a free pizza. The inside dining area seems like it’s still stuck in the 1990s, but I’m fine with that!“

“Usually, when you go places the fried chicken isn’t tender, but not with this place, I even ordered popcorn chicken for my son and it came out very tender as well as the fries were very crispy. I’d even go above and beyond giving this place
a 4. 5 of 5 stars mainly because the service from the start felt very much personalized and Catered to optimize my very first experience here. After taking my order the cashier kept asking if I needed any more assistance and even went as far as guiding me through the the entire menu. The environment was calm, peaceful and pretty quiet if you’re alone. Great place to binge watch your fave series and they even take EBT !

I had the smoothie (honeydew, vanilla and brown sugar) and the chicken sandwich combo with a side of Large fries of course! In my opinion the 2 things that fell flat for me were the fries and the fountain soda.. the soda just tasted like it was missing some kind of syrup she was kind enough to switch it out for me but it still tasted weird. And as for the fries they just kinda tasted like the frozen ones you by at the store but with a little flavor of frost bite so if you go ask for it very - WELL DONE .

The combo comes with a fountain soda, but I actually ended up ordering a smoothie thinking that I was going to get a shake, but I mistake it for the smoothie for a shake so I just went with it and it ended up coming out great! Ugh I’m so happy I made the choice to come here after my Long Beach day. I will be returning back very soon!!“

What really stands out is the professional and excellent customer service provided by Umar (works the front counter taking orders and packing orders at the same time), not just for me, but also any and all patrons I witness coming and going while I'm waiting on an order. Umar is always courteous, professional, and efficient in what he does. He's always on top of his orders, whether it be in person or an online/mobile order making sure everything is in check, and whether the kitchen is on top of pushing out whatever is needed to fulfill an order. Always friendly, courteous, and professional with a smile. Takes orders, prepares, and pushes orders out as fast as humanly possible without any discrepancies. Occasionally, there might be something out of stock which was ordered ahead of time off the app, but Umar will always make every reasonable effort to make things right.
