Extremely disappointed with the service provided at this specific location. I've ordered through other locations and have had far better experiences there. Delivery drivers never respond properly to instructions and on top of that, the quality control of these pizzas are unacceptable. We ordered 3 pies and only 1 of them was in decent condition. I highly recommend you take your business elsewhere or at a different domino's location.
This place is a scam I got burnt cold pizza ? If I can give zero this place I would. My apartment has an elevator but the delivery guy is lazy to take my food up. My kids were very excited to open the 2 box of pizza yet they stumbled upon knowing that their pizza was burnt. I am very disappointed I call back this domino's pizza place while telling them that id would want to return the 2 boxes of burnt pizza and got my refund. he told me that ill still be replaced. The only reason I'm not giving them one start is because they fixed an issues I had but the service and how they speak to customer is gross. They need to work on their customer service skills and drop their attitude especially when the issue was caused by your employees. I wouldnt recommend ordering from here.
