“I had an event at Aloha NYC Lounge. The Playa Ball 2018! WE HAD SOOOOOOOOOOO MUCH FUN!!!! We were treated like we've been doing business with this establishent for years, as opposed to first time clients! Mr. Bosch is extremely professional! When we were scouting out locations for our event, our first choice was an establishment in Brooklyn, NY, because it was closer and it already had that 70's look. Not much decoration, if any, would be needed. However, when we arrived to talk business, there were 3 patrons and the owner appeared to not have time to talk money. So, what he did was hand me a piece of paper with the rules and what they'd need from me, shook my hand and walked away. We jumped back in the car and headed to Aloha NYC! Walking in, you could see there was definitely an event going on. Still feeling slighted from the last place we sought out, I didn't have the confidence this would go any better, because THIS owner was obviously busy! Mr. Bosch had a rap showcase happening in the back room, and he was setting up for 2 more events that would take place that evening as well! Do you know that man took the time to talk to me about my event!?! No, it wasn't a rushed conversation! He wanted to know my vision for my event, then explained how having it at the Aloha NYC Lounge would work. That young man was spot on!!!!! It was great!!!!!! We had such a wonderful time, we've decided to have "The Playa's Ball 2019" at Aloha NYC also!!!!! The place is kept immaculate! The staff are very professional and friendly! “I get takeout from here all the time and the food is AMAZING but for some reason the plastic fork they provide always breaks while eating and I'll find myself biting into a loose prong halfway through my bowl??? This happens like every 2 out of 3 times too so I know it's not just a one off thing. Super odd but that would be my only ask that they get better utensils lol

“I had a poke bowl for the first time and it was amazing! I went up to the staff and mentioned that it was my first time and they guided me through the ordering process so smoothly. The food tested really fresh and good. I got a hot bowl and by the time I got home(10 minute walk)the food was still warm. Would totally recommend to go here and I will be returning in the future.“

“The restaurant is located in the Bay Ridge section of Brooklyn. It has several tables for dining in. I ordered the Hawaii classic poke bowl. Poke bowls have an Asian food background. It consisted of salmon (uncooked), scallions, cilantro, sweet onion, cucumber, edamame, seaweed salad, mango, garlic crisps and sesame shoyu. It was a nice sized bowl and tasted fresh. The service and food preparation were fast.“

All fresh ingredients. Tuna and salmon so fresh. Portion wasn't as big as my 8 yr old daughter could finish her bowl and still not full. We also ordered 2 light bulb drinks. The pina colda was really good. I always ask for less sweet and they made it. Got pineapple bits in it. The passion fruit came with jelly. Was too sweet even requested to make it less sweet. Overall we enjoy our lunch. We pay for fresh ingredients and good quality food and received it. The poke bowls were delish with compliment of their sauces. We got to try them. “Poke bowl, you just won another loyal customer!

I accidentally placed my order at another location and didn’t realize it until I went to pick up the order. The manager overheard and he was so kind. He asked me to just order it again at the counter and NO CHARGE!

The manager didn’t have to do this but he took care of me. It’s windy day today and I did not spend my entire lunch time to walk another half mile one way to retrieve my lunch and come back.

Thank you Poke Bowl! It is hard to find this kind of customer care at a fast food lunch spot these days. I will be back, like always.“

“I've used Poke Bowl for their catering services for corporate lunch and food is always tasty. Delivery was prompt and right on time. Very easy to clean up afterwards as well since each serving comes in their individual bowl. Payment process was simple using online system. “Has the Honey Grow restaurant vibes (PA people know what I mean) I ordered ahead online. When I picked up I noticed the smoked salmon was raw. All of the fish is raw btw. They were very nice about switching it and making a new. For me it’s something about the raw fish, how it’s stored, the bacteria of it all, but to each is own 😀 It’s a particular aroma when you walk in, slightly unpleasant, it was already a to go order so I didn’t dine in.“
