“Literally THE BEST Ramen spot on the island. I work around the block and consistently come here and pick up food every week - workers are great, food is amazing and I will forever love this spot. “Most of the Asian restaurants in Suffolk County are extremely hit or miss. Some use questionable ingredients, others are unfriendly and still others offer small portions for full price. That’s why I was pleasantly surprised by Tang Asian Fusion. The food is fairly priced, it’s made from high quality ingredients, the staff are happy to see their customers and the portions are generous. Every item I’ve ordered has tasted bright, clean and delicious. Best sushi around and enough to last two days. Excellent restaurant all around.“

“We order from here at least once per week, the food is great! They are also usually very quick. I took off one star because to order delivery cost at least $11 (delivery charge, “service fee,” credit card fee, and driver tip) which is outrageous for a $30 order.“

“Chinese food in general is not my first “Go To “ choice for a quick meal but this place has got it together . Amazing food, tastes clean, not saturated with salt, real light and crispy rolls and consistent consistency in flavor, portions and time to complete order. With prices equal to or better than other scrappy local spots! Oh super friendly staff!!!

“So I was in the mood for some AYCE sushi spots and my daughter found this spot out of no where.. it’s more south than where I am but I gotta say.. WHAT A FIND!
When we walked in we sat down and they gave us an iPad to order off from. Everything in their extensive menu is included in the Ayce! The descriptions are in a menu they provided as well.
We ordered sashimi, sushi, hot food, special sushi apps like salmon belly tartare, tuba martini, like everything in the menu is part of this AYCE. And there’s a lot to choose from. Great hot apps and entrees like some Thai dishes like drunken noodle and pineapple fried rice! Sorry for the poor photos the kids didn’t give me any chance to take nice photos of the food as they devoured everything lol
Don’t expect high extreme omakase style quality fish but overall for the price you pay @ $31pp I think this is an amazing spot to try! I really love the fact you can order off iPad so there’s no waving ppl down for the order sheet like the other AYCE. Good idea guys!
Service was great too.. being a Saturday night they were pretty attentive. Overall I’m happy w this place and I’ll be coming here again and bringing my friends who are fans of AYCE spots!
UPDATE - 11/2025
so I came back a few more times and service has been very consistent. Brought my wife and agrees with the service and the hot food quality was actually really good! Sushi quality is the same typical AYCE quality. I got their egg fried rice and hibachi fried rice and I have to say it’s probably one of the top fried rice I ever had.. simple w nice fried egg and just flavorful! Maybe I’m easy to please but it’s really good here!“

“This place was amazing!! stop by here because business trip, but it really surprise me for their sushi. They told me that the sushi menu been changed recently, so I try the new rolls that they recommend. Usually I'm not a person who like to try something new, but this time gave me a new experience. The sushi was really fresh and delicious. I'm a sushi person, I would've recommend this place to whoever love sushi!!“

“Wow!! BEST SUSHI 🍣 by far in the area!!! And the owner is very nice and attentive. We went there for the first time last night. My husband is a sushi addict and he was impressed! I had tuna with apple slices snd rice with chicken. I highly recommend Masa!“
