“This location is housed along with a Dunkin, as has been mentioned in other reviews. However, it seems to be chronically understaffed.
Today I went in to pick up an online order, and there was only one person working in the entire place! She had a great attitude and was doing a solid job; my order came out exactly as I placed it which was impressive considering the 7+ customers waiting. I personally watched two people leave because of the wait.
The quality of the food was fine and what I expect from Jimmy John’s.

I really hope the management reads this and improves their staffing - and please hire more people like Favor! She was a rock star in the circumstances.“
