“We frequent this subway often, and I have nothing but amazing things to say about it. On Memorial Day, we didn't even think that their hours would be any different, but upon walking in, we realized that they closed in five minutes. Having both worked in food and beverage, my husband and I both said that we felt horrible that they are closing so soon and that we would just eat somewhere else. Joy, the owner, was more than happy to make us food even though we told her we didn't mind leaving since we knew they were closing and trying to clean up. Not only did she make us feel welcome, she continued to have a conversation with us as well as my two-year-old daughter (all with a smile on her face). She didn't rush making our sandwiches and she kept reminding us that she was so happy to have our business. This is one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had, especially at a time when most other people would be angry that we were walking in 5 minutes before close. Not only is the staff awesome, but the food is wonderful and fresh every time and the store is very clean. See y'all soon!“

“Another great experience from my local Jersey Mikes! Service was excellent and the food was amazing per usual. Everybody on staff yesterday was phenomenal and nice. Around 5 o’clock, I was starting to walk in the store and a man who wasn’t even on the clock yet (I’m assuming just about to start his shift), waited for me and held the door open for me; even though I was almost 15 seconds away!! Highly recommend going to this location out of all the others.“

“Food here is always excellent. Waayyyy better than the Charley's in Walmart. They're always so so nice here and I am always satisfied with my food. Today (June 6, around 2pm) there were some grouchy entitled customers in front of us who did nothing but complain and demand a refund. The Charley's staff did an amazing job at handling them. Everyone at this location deserves a hug and a raise. 10/10!

“This was my first time trying jersey Mike's, and at the beginning, I thought it was going to be something similar to Subway. But I was so wrong, my big surprise was to see them preparing fresh meat on a grill, no a microwave heat. The taste was excellent. Really happy with the experience.“

“This Subway is great with the food quality, but the atmosphere and service aren't above average. I also find it difficult to get the drinks I order with my meals in the mobile app. They always seem to not carry what I pick from the menu.“
