But I was presently surprised this is actually a very nice Subway the guy working at the counter was very friendly and they had everything we wanted. “This was a fantastic place. Now granted, I've only came here for the Lead Story sandwich, which is a Philly Cheesesteak, but man is it super flavorful. They do have cooper sharp cheese, so I'd recommend asking for it with the cooper sharp. Hands down, this is the best Philly I've had in Westchester. Tried a number of places, but none compare. I will be back some day to try their other sandwiches, but I've just been on a personal question for this type of sandwich close to home. If their other sandwiches are anything like this one then I'd 100% say this is a highly recommended spot to visit. All are reasonably priced too compared to most places for what you get. All in all, this was a really good spot.“

“This branch of Jersey Mike’s is the best branch I’ve got food from. The staff are super nice.
I’ve been a fan of Jersey Mike’s subs for a while now, but the treatment i get here is exceptional.
I almost always get free cookies and sodas just for telling the staff how much I love their subs. I don think they need to do this, but they always go over and beyond to treat me nicely and I appreciate that.“

It was raining outside and the woman who made the food was very nice when I explained to her I was waiting inside for the cab. I asked her to write down her name on a piece of paper to do this review, although the paper was ruined due to rain.

I used to live in a smaller city in California and pretty much all of the subways there had bad customer service and the owners were not that great but this Subway they are so nice. My sandwiches always taste delicious. I highly recommend ordering from here. I’ve been coming here for years.“

The store is brand new, so it’s clean and pretty.
Not important but possibly worth mentioning: they do not support swiping your card, only tap or insert. So if you have one of those prepaid debit gift cards, it can’t be accepted. This is a non-issue for most and doesn’t affect my review.

I've come here for lunch a handful of times throughout the year and the staff are always friendly, polite, and upbeat. The sandwiches are delicious and the extra cookie brings a smile to my face every time. The place is clean and fresh. The lot is small but I never have trouble finding a place to park. I love this spot!“

“A good place to get a bagel, muffin, some lunch salads, etc. Lots of other goodies as well. A very popular place, you usually have a wait but it's short. Would like to see a redesign of where to order and pay as it's all crammed into one space. Other than that, you'll enjoy whatever you get there.“

“Crystal is a true leader and customer experience ChAMPION! Ordering online was challenge. I was ordering for 14 people.. I called the location for help. The man that answered offered me his bosses cell number as my order was to BIG to take during the “lunch rush” hour . I was placed on hold and Crystal joined the call. She offered solutions, looked for ways to help and most importantly was able to complete my order with a smile. The team of people working when I arrived were all very nice and asked Crystal how they can help with the large order. I was very satisfied with the service and treatment at the Subway.
