On Friday June 30, 2023, around approximately 4:25pm, I came to Subway for a sandwich on whole grain bread. I was told by the owner that this would take 30 minutes before the bread would be ready ready. I returned half an hour later to a very hostile, aggressive owner who acknowledged, "I own this restaurant, if you don't like it, then do not come back. I walked in and started to order minding my business. As I’m telling the lady what I want on my sandwich, I’m point at what i want through the glass but because my finger touched the glass the lady says “would you stop putting your hands on my glass, everytime you do that I have to go back and clean it”.
