“First walking in it’s very cute, earth tones, and feels like a spot you can sit for a couple minutes and relax. The coffee is phenomenal, it’s not too sweet and not too bitter. Has a nice coffee flavor. I got an iced vanilla latte. So far I love it and I’m not too far! Definitely coming back and recommending to others if they are looking for a nice cup of joe. As of today they opened up two months ago and this place is kept clean and organized!!! There is seating in the front as well as the back. There is areas to plug in a computer or a phone. They also have the Wi-Fi on display for you to use for free.“

“Just have to give a quick shoutout to Hard Bean on Merrick Ave. Victor and his wife Elise opened 10 days ago just north of the train station. My fiancé and I were talking to the owners and learned that opening a coffee shop was Victor’s dream. After working at his previous career for almost 30 years, he retired and opened this place. It’s charming inside and the coffee is delicious and less expensive than *$s. They are literally a mom and pop shop and after spending some time there I wanted to post to support and recommend Hard Bean to all the locals.“
