“The employees have been welcoming and friendly at every visit. I get the same order every time but I've been charged varying prices. It has been brought to their attn but there's never really a solid explanation as to why the price changes every time.“

“Swirl Bliss Frozen Yogurt is officially my new favorite froyo spot! The shop is clean, comfortable, and has the perfect welcoming vibe. The staff was super friendly and patient while I sampled flavors, and every recommendation was on point. The toppings bar was fresh and fully stocked, and the yogurt itself was creamy, flavorful, and not overly sweet.

On top of that, the seating area is bright, comfy, and actually a nice place to sit and enjoy the vibe instead of rushing out. You can tell they care about the customer experience. I’ll definitely be coming back on my next visit to New York! I highly recommend if you’re in the area and craving something sweet or healthy! I sat an enjoyed a Açaí Smoothie with peanut butter! “We can only do standard milk shake. We can not do less milk shake and add more ice cream to catch full cup. We can not do extra heavy milk shake. The milk shack will have some mix and water feeling. If you do not want any water feeling the carvelanche is better. We can only do regular milk shake. We can not make milk shake as carvelanche. We got a lot of bad reviews because this but they do not mentioned the issue but mentioned mistakes or some other things. Just want to explain we can only do standard milk shake. We can not make milk shake as carvelanche. Please order carvelanche if that is what you really need.“

“Among the best dessert on this side of Jamaica. So many options! From Belgian waffles to bubble style, crepes stuffed or glazed donuts, cones, cups, etc to start. Then you get to the ice cream, signature options, my goodness. Absolutely superb. Service was friendly even at midnight and with a long line! The staff was patient, attentive and seem like they enjoy what they do. The spot itself is very clean, limited seating but what you would expect at a dessert spot. You would not be disappointed.“

“Guys, I have to share my experience at Let's Roll because it was wonderful. I don't really like ice cream (i know, that's crazy right?), but my husband and my kids always go to this place so I decided to try it. It's a super friendly place that's owned by a wonderful couple (Craig & Giselle, I think? I don't really know if that's how she spells it), but I never wanted to try the ice cream. Except today. I tried the passion fruit flavor - and my God, there's nothing like it! You really have to taste it - it's so yummy. And besides, the place is super family-friendly, with super nice people, such positive energy. I will be back soon. 5 stars for Let's Roll in Merrick!“

“My daughter and I happened upon this place and we were so happy we did! Chris (not sure if he was the owner or not) was super helpful since we have food allergies. He made my daughter a cotton candy milkshake which she absolutely devoured. I had a flavored coffee which was delicious. From the black and white checkered floor to the murals on the walls, the vintage looking tables and chairs to the fun gelato display case (which was nice and low for little ones to be able to choose from) the decorated garage door which let in so much light to the retro cola display fridge, everything was so well thought out and just a lot of fun. Kudos to them for a really great place, definitely go visit!“
