“Quaint, comfortable, and delicious. Was nearby and did a quick search for top-rated breakfast and Voila... "Bialystok and bloom" popped up 1st. It was a 7 min walk from where I was, and the previous reviews made it a no-brainer decision.Glad I went. Felix (I think that's his name) was already in full swing taking care of customers inside and curbside. Raul (I think that's the other guy's name) came out nice and chill with the quintessential, "whatcanigetchu?"Ordered the Greek omelet with tomatoes ? ? & a toasted bagel to stay. Everything was done well & delicious.There's enough seating for about 12 people inside and it was off-peak so I had a table to myself for a bit. Nice pace of people popping in and out as the LIRR is a block away. When I'm in the area, I'll certainly be back.“

“I like going to this place. But when they give you the wrong food and tells you it’s the right food it questions your integrity. Very upset that the service was provided last night. Asked for JUST chicken breast and what I got was chicken thighs!!! She kept on arguing with me that I was breast she had given me. Even after I had open the box in front of she and showed it to her.You don’t have to take my words for it. You have cameras everywhere. Especially over the counter. You can run it and see what they gave me. I had opened the box to show it to her.Not sure if I blame her or the cook in the back!!! Please educate your staff!!!“
“We just moved into the area. We had our meal delivered. My first experience was a great one! Thumbs up! Great customer service and very efficient. Pricing is typical/average. I was given a 40 minute time of delivery and our food arrived really fast, within 20 minutes, very hot and steamy! The delivery personnel was kind and greeted me kindly. The food we ordered was fantastic; typical tasty, spot-hitting, fast-food Asian cuisine. Wanting to try a few items just to taste the variety offered at this location, we ordered: Fried Shrimp, 3 different types of eggrolls, Chicken Chow Fun, General Tso's Chicken, and Shrimp Fried Rice... everything was delicious as we had hoped. We'll miss our usual take-out in Brooklyn, but this will become our new take-out spot. We have decided that we would definitely order from this restaurant again.I guess with some other patrons that had a bad experience, it's plausible and you can't discount their experiences, as I've had horrible experiences similar at different restaurants. It can definitely be a hit or miss. Our experience was great... in our case, a hit, and I'd recommend giving it a try.“
