“It was Sunday and I always cook for my elderly dad and myself but this Sunday I was not in the mood to be over a hot stove. I went on the internet and saw rave reviews about Kadyah Soul and told myself I would give it a try. I ordered the Turkey Wings for Dad and Jerk Chicken for myself...long story short...It was the best ordered food I ever had and my dad was SUPER pleased and he is hard to please! I am ordering very soon again!“

“Oxtail was spoiled when I brought home. It wasn’t fresh and tasted like a refried oxtail from a previous day; funny taste. Customer service is okay, nothing to remember. Jamaican women aren’t always the friendliest ppl to deal with. I only go to this place as a convenience spot from the 5 train. I wouldn’t choose it as my go to!“

“All I have to say is whoever made the mashed potatoes tonight needs to make them from here on out. Any other time i've had them they were lumpy and bland tonight tho they were perfect! I'm a potato lover and I was very pleased for the first time with ya mashed potato's.“

They make incredibly tasty and fresh food—I always get their shrimp tempura stick! Equally as wonderful are the woman and man who run this little shop. “My partner and I went here almost 3 years ago for my birthday. It was our first time in the city. I’m celiac so we specifically went here for the GF options. While everything was literally SO good. 3 years later and we are still talking about the tuna crispy rice. We mention it at least once a month. We joke about going back just for the tuna crispy rice. And the employees were ridiculously kind. We can’t wait to go back!!“

“First time trying both the Chicken & Beef Doner Boxes.I was pleasantly surprised how GOOD everything was! The flavourful meats with fresh veggies and feta, with or without sauces, all combined with the unique bread is a great new dinning experience unlike anything else. I highly recommend giving this a try ! We will definitely be return customers ! The ladies were quite helpful and informative about the food and it's history as well as super nice !“

“Superfood is the number one choice for food in my neighborhood. Everything from the ordering process to picking up the food is usually seamless. The food is fresh and tastes very good consistently every time. To top it off, the people working there are probably some of the friendliest people I have ever met.

I would highly recommend this place if you are around, as they are quick easy and tasty.“

“This is such a lovely spot. I first tried this spot many years ago. There used to be a Polish restaurant one block south of here, Neptune. We would go there and then come to brodo and grab a broth to go, often for my dad in the VA hospital up on 23 St. few places would sell you just broth.

I absolutely love the Hearth broth and you can add the ginger turmeric, which I highly recommend. I also ordered and tried the beef broth with ginger and turmeric, it was fine. Oddly enough, the hearth had a richer, beefier flavor than the beef did. It’s just a heartier flavor, I highly recommend it. I could easily pop over to enjoy a cup of broth in place of my daily coffee, it’s a similarly comfortable cup that travels well.“
