“I came across this restaurant on my way home and I stopped by to get take out and i got hummus and falafel. I want to say the food was really great and should definitely try the mint lemonade. The food was nice and fresh with great customer service ans everything was done on perfect timing. I 100% reccommend eating here, will be coming back!!“
“Came here on a cold rainy Thursday for lunch. Looks like a mom and pop restaurant that seats a total of 13 comfortably. We ordered the Combo Ramen and the Yoodon Kimbap. The Combo Ramen (medium spicy) wasn’t that spicy, but good enough for me. It definitely hit the spot on this rainy day. The Yoodon Kimbap is a kimbap that is wrapped in a thin sliced pork cutlet topped with a sauce that they made. This combination worked really well and the soup that it came with paired perfectly with it. I hope to visit again and try their other dishes.“

“I went here for Hanukkah to get some fresh made latkes and was very pleasantly surprised by the size and how delicious they were. I tried both the traditional potato and the falafel latkes, along with a tray of assorted bourekas. Everyone loved all of the delicious goodies from Geffen!“
“I enjoyed their vegan jerk chicken tacos. Though the jerk seasoning was subtle and definitely not spicy, it was flavorful. It paired well with the plantains. The aioli was tasty. It was just a bit dry and the portions of ingredients were small. I also tried their mango thyme lemonade. The mango flavor came through, but not the thyme. It was also way too sweet.“
“I had the privilege of having Eastern Kitchen cater my wedding back in June of 2023. The food was absolutely AMAZING. Numerous guests said it was the best wedding food they've ever had and I would agree. It is top-notch Korean food. The menu variety and quality were both phenomenal. “Was a little nervous after reading some not so good reviews about their customer service and watching some TikTok reviews.... However I still decided to give them a try...walk in the place was empty but it was in the evening and just finish raining. The worker in the front was cool and helpful he gave me some suggestions which helped me make some of my decisions. Once my order was complete the cook came out with my order to explain which each meal was before packing it away which was sweet and helpful because it allowed me to take the pictures I needed since I was taking my food to go. Everything was tasty except for the tender meal with the mash and corn that was my least favorite. The fries were also too soft for my liking wish they were a little more crisper. I may or may not visit again but I do suggest you stop by and check them out for yourself. Ambiance: 4/10 Food: 8/10 Customer Service: 10/10“
“Stumbled upon this place while walking back to our car and so glad we did! Ended up picking up a few boxes of delicious braised meats as snacks for the road home! The duck wing and duck tongue were my favorite as they were flavorful and slightly spicy. Everything is packaged and ready for sale. This is meant to be served chilled.“

Their aguas frescas and flautas are also delicious. Everything I've tasted has been great and reasonably priced. There is exactly the proper quantity of seating, a clean environment, and extremely pleasant staff. Make sure to request salsa when placing your delivery order, as they only offer it with tacos. Delivery is courteous and occurs quickly.“

“So you're in the mood for soul food and where to go when in queens? Matzo balls, gefilte fish, and chopped liver are just a few of my favorites here. My mom's matzo balls were lead sinkers. Here they are, like floating clouds in the sea of chicken soup. Add a pinch of salt, and away we go. Now the gefilte fish. Once you taste these, you will never ever buy the bottle or cans. I get the whole loaf and prepare my own horseradish. I grind the root and lots of sugar and vinegar. Let stand for a day of so. Slice off the loaf of fish and add a heaping spoonful of my horseradish, and we are in heaven. As you read my reviews, I'm no foodie, but I do love good food. With that said, go to meal mart and try something that will make your taste buds explode.“
