“It's a subway, standard menu items. Very clean inside and it's almost zen how quiet it is if you are in there alone. Anyway, worst churro I've ever had in my life don't waste your $2. I expect the churros are bad everywhere and not just this specific location. Used a coupon that came in the mail or else I'd agree everything is way too overpriced.“

“One of the best meals from any fast food place ever. Exceptionally clean, at noon nothing on the tables or floors, place was spotless. Got my orders Pronto, exactly how I ordered my lunch. I called out the manager to remark how great the staff maintained the restaurant, he brought out the staff for me to tell them. The Ballston Spa McDonald's really hits the spot, even better than some restaurants.“

“The staff is very honest and responsible. I accidently left
my card and had to return to get it. The lady that served me knew what I was there for and went and retrieved it from the safe. I was glad she and the staff are paying attention on that level.“

“Truly the best burgers, fries & shakes around. ? Never disappointed in a 5 Guys ? when u want a real burger that doesn't taste like fast food, they really hit the spot. All the melty cheese & the perfect saltiness on the fries. Both the Cajun & reg fries are addictive. Good thing they always give u cup in the bag & then dump alotta xtra fries in there so there's always plenty 2 munch on. May not b the cheapest burger in town, but so well worth it when u hav that craving. They fulfill it properly. And saving the best 4 last, the shakes. Omg the shakes. I get either the PB or the banana & yes they will mix the 2 for u if u want. Soooooo good? This time I picked the PB, of course with whipped cream. It's worth the trip, just 4 a great shake. I have yet 2 meet a 5 Guys staff that wasn't courteous & efficient. The Saratoga location was great. Quick service with a smile. I can't recommend them enough. I was thinking about 5 Guys all week long & once again, they did not disappoint ?“

“Had a great experience the staff who provided an amazing service, to go along with the great food also provided by the staff. Anything that I requested was expeditiously provided, only one unfortunate thing happened during my visit and that was a customer who was unreasonably rude to Percy. Making a ton of derogatory statements that was unwarranted by the staff.“

“It is a sub shop. The menu is pretty basic, but the meat is sliced fresh. Everything else seems fresh. The service is usually pretty quick. All of the staff were very friendly. The place was pretty clean. The subs are really good and they have a good selection of sub sizes.“

“Kiera was so friendly! My boyfriend and I came from the Albany Blaze after cancelling our order with them since our wait would've been an hour past our online orders estimated time. Since I was grumpy leaving Albany Blaze, I wanted to treat myself to my first s'mores pie. Kiera saw I was sad by the lack of smore they had available, and even though I said it was okay, she made me a fresh smore pie because I looked sad ? I was beyond thankful for her kindness tonight, and I look forward to seeing her for my weekly pizza Fridays“

“Had to go to counter a few times for things like, extra sauce, a water, another burger..and each time 4 or 5 employees were milling around busy, but only one would look up and see you and come and help each time - "Kati" - which I thought was very exceptional! Attentive and friendly! 5 stars for her! Good Philly melt too btw“

“Unexpectedly, this is the best pizza in Saratoga. The cheese is soft but doesn't fall off, the pies are sliced perfectly so the pieces separately easily, the sauce is not overwhelming, there is a good selection of toppings, online ordering was easy, perfectly cooked.The only thing is that it was unclear when ordering online how the order would be delivered (for me it was through Uber) so the ETA it tells you is incorrect.“
