“What an amazing place to shop local grown produce and sit outside with a blueberry cookie & coffee.
This morning my wife and I drove from Bayside on the hunt for a morning peace and landed on this place just 15 minutes away.
It was well worth it, this farm deserves a 5+ start and staff is top notch, including the kind lady that made my coffee, I gave her a tip as she smiled and refused by saying that our patronage is their reward.

“As a former executive chef, and hospitality professional I’ve learned to manage expectations in fast casual restaurants. Well, to my surprise, Burger Village exceeded all expectations . Arriving for a movie 90 minutes early gave us time to find a place to eat. I had reviewed the few options and Burger Villages natural menu seemed like a great choice. We were greeted (by one of the owners) and promptly met with a smiling server. Drinks, yes. Natural coke, iced tea. Then dinner. One turkey burger with sweet potato fries and one specialty burger with their house sauce and my favorite waffle fries. Both arrived hot and the burger juicy. Both cooked exactly as requested. My medium rare was perfect. Unfortunately, I didn’t anticipate the “heat” or spice of the sauce. Pria, the owner asked if everything was okay. This was a good sign. I mentioned the heat and she insisted on remaking the burger without the sauce asap. She said - “I want you to have a great experience “ wow - in all my years of coaching hospitality professionals I rarely saw this level of care and concern flow so organically. Bravo - we ate, we paid, we promised to come back. A perfect example of owners who care, a team to responded to a challenge and a process at work to overcome challenges. 10 out of 10. “I love the mini coffee cakes! You would never know they are gluten free! Moist and just the right amount of sweetness. Made with wholesome ingredients also which is THE most important to me. No preservatives, can freeze them and then just pop in microwave for a bit and voila! Fresh delish snack!“

“Brian designed our dream cake for our October Friday the 13th wedding. We went in with some ideas, bits and pieces from multiple photos and what was created blew our minds. Everyone was speechless when it came out. Aside from the delicious taste of the cake itself the details and time that was poured into it is one that we truly appreciate and love. We been to the shop multiple times before the wedding just to grab some goodies because everything is tasty and above the typical/traditional desserts you’d expect. When I asked for an ingredient list and I was pointed to the wall, it wasn’t enough information for me to determine if I was able to eat the yogurt. “This restaurant is a local GEM! Never disappointed with anything we have ordered in over 6 years. The menu has something for everyone, whether you are looking for a traditional Chinese meal, an American style Chinese meal or Japanese items. We have tried them all, but LOVE creating our own Chinese/Japanese tapas style meal followed by sharing a single entree. Standouts are the wonton soup, rice paper shrimp roll, Kani salad, sushi and many inventive, delicious dumplings (dim sum).“

“We were a party of 11 people and the service wasn’t good. The waiters were not friendly. They gave us a very small basket of bread for a table of 11 people, and their tables are huge. I asked for another one and they took forever to bring it. I guess they don’t care because their tip is already included in the check. And I usually tip 20 to 25%, but not this time. It’s a nice place, the food is okay, but won’t be visiting again because of the service. You don’t feel welcome as soon as you come in.“
